Very helpful staff & the room was excellent in condition and style.

The don't do room service for food.

Cannot open the window without putting a pen in the middle. Outside very bad air, and very loud during the night as it is directly at the end of a highway. The atmosphere in the breakfast room is very quite and sad.

No restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast service (not great food) The air conditioning was very loud This hotel is on the main road so it can be very noisy if you open the window No shuttle bus We were charged 5 Euros to get a taxi as we didn't book it 24hrs in advance No room to iron, we had to book cleaning services 24hrs in advance to be able to iron anything... There were no business services or spa/gym facilities This hotel should be quoted 3 stars and not 4 stars.

Fresh furniture & design, free parking avaible around, nice pizzeria in 200 m from the hotel(Le Tournedos).

Too far from centro, it's no problem for car-holders. There are only two window-view types: road & wall of the next huge building. Very basically breacfast.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was furnished well, was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and we heard hardly any outside noise. Good breakfast. From the outside this Hotel is not very appealing but the rooms inside make up for this. A very comfortable stay and we will be returning. A plus that they have good car parking facilities and the Hotel is well priced.

Convenient location if coming by car and has secure car parking..

The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs and the price very competitive.. will return there.

The location is really helpfull if you rent a car for short journey's around Milan and the Metro it's 5' walk if you want to go downtown. Very nice and clean rooms.

The location isn't great allthough convinient and the stuff won't speak to you in English.

Good and helpful staff. The rooms with the shower cubicles are small, but functional. The free internet always is a huge plus for me and I will ALWAYS choose a hotel with free WiFi over a similar hotel without. The breakfast is good for Italy. No hot food, though. Nice with a bar, but there is no restaurant, or fitness, so if these are essentials...there is a very good Italian restaurant within a 7 minute walk though. Reservations needed! Yes, that good!

It would have been nice with an egg-boiler at breakfast....like the French have.

Prijs/kwaliteit. 10 van metro station. 10 minuten lopen van de leuke uitgaansbuurt Navigli. Prima voor stedentrip als je niet te veel wil betalen. Ruime parking €10 per dag. Hebben ook roken kamers :-)

Хороший уютный отель с собственной парковой, хороший завтрак. Расположен недалеко от выезда из Милана в сторону Генуи. Чистые просторные номера.

La pulizia innanzitutto e la cordialità del personale. La vicinanza con il ristorante Le Tournedos tra i migliori di Milano.

Educazione e professionalità dello staff

Il prezzo molto alto, ma questo è stato giustificato con la contemporaneità del salone del mobile. Ubicazione, sebbene presente la metropolitana a 500 m, distante dal centro città, comunque raggiungibile in 20 min circa di metrò.

Le respect de mes commentaires de reservation (chambre donnant sur cour). La gentillesse du personnel.

Matelas un peu dur, ce qui n'était pas le cas dans les chambres que j'avais occupées lors de mes précédents voyages.

Sicuramente lo staff alla reception, gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere I problemi
