La Torre Residence Florence Aparthotel

The location was brilliant to see the city sights and connect with transport.

It was extremely noisy (from the street below) and a little run down, handles missing or falling off etc. Sewer smells in bathroom.

staffs very kind, apartment was wide and had many rooms that made us reluxed. nice location for the sight seeing and shopping.

shopping for alimentation was not convenient. Firenze , in the city is for travelers, I thougt that is a reason. Near the apartment there was no supermarket or something like that.

It's a beautiful aparthotel in the center of Florence near all the places of interest. Quiet and very friendly staff.

everything's perfect

Spacious and clean.

Windows open to a very narrow alley (2 meters wide), so the view is not good but at the same time there is no traffic noise to disturb sleep. One night an adjoining apartment/hotel room was occupied with young people who partied very loudly and were banging furniture in the hallway until 1:30 in the morning.

Central location. We could walk to all the sites. Apartment was large and well equipped. It was a relatively easy walk from the station with luggage. Office for check-in was between station and apartment so easy to access.

Office was a real estate office with a different name but it was at the address indicated. Perhaps better sign posting necessary.

Apartment was clean, perfectly located near to the Ponte Vecchio, beautiful views over the Florentine rooftops, everything provided, very good value, light and airy.

Some noise from the street traders wheeling their carts to market every morning from 5am but double glazing did shut most of it out. My mother is in her 70's and the 82 steps to reach our apartment every day were a bit of a problem. But the views were worth it.

Que estava muy centrico y limpio.

Que nos cobraron 5 euros por persona para la electricidad y 10 euros más por persona por las toallas y sabanas que no habia. Y daba inerior sin nada de vistas.

la verdad es que no sabia como iba a estar pero me he llevado una grata sorpresa, esta en el mismo centro de florencia, cerca de todo, es baratisimo, por lo menos es lo mas barato que yo encontre, y esta mucho mejor que un hotel porque puedes hacerte de comer alli y aorrarte dinero

Appartement spacieux et confortable, excessivement bien situé, en plein coeur du centre historique, à quelques centaines de mètres des principaux sites touristiques.

Climatisation mal réglée et absence de personnel sur place.

le disfonctionnement du lave linge (+ de 4 heures pour une lessive),le manque de notice pour la climatisation, l'absence d'adaptateur universel pour les prises électriques, que les papiers ne soient disponibles qu'en anglais ou en italien que nous ne maîtrisons pas suffisament. l'état de la ventilation forcée de la salle de bain.

La déco de l'appartement typique, très agréable

Le lieu de résidence réel n'était pas celui présenté sur le site et un peu plus excentré du centre historique. Le niveau de service était légèrement inférieur au descriptif (pas de lave linge, pas de fer à repasser ...).

C'était spacieux, agréablement aménagé, bien situé, climatisé, neuf.

Sol sale et aucun produit d'entretien (liquide vaiselle, ...). Il fallait payer 10€ en plus pour les draps et les serviettes ! Bruyant si on souhaite dormir fenêtre ouverte.

Venlig og individuel betjening. Imponerende hotellejlighed. Vi fik en bedre lejlighed, end vi havde bestilt, som passede rigtig godt til en familie med tre børn. Selv om check-in talte glimrende engelsk (hvad vi ellers ikke oplevede under vores ferie, var det en behagelig overraskelse, at Luca talte flydende dansk :o)

Det kom bag på os, at den opgivne adresse slet ikke var lejlighedens adresse, men "La Torres". Det burde fremgå tydeligt, at den relevante adresse var check-in adressen, og at selve lejligheden lå et andet sted. Endvidere, at det faktisk ikke var muligt at parkere ved chekc-in, og at check-in kunne anvise os en god døgnparkering.
