O mecanismo da tampa do ralo da pia do banheiro não estava funcionando e tivemos que extraí-la com uma faca. Os utensílios da cozinha estavam parcialmente sujos e tivemos que lavá-los novamente. A máquina de lavar roupa é comunitária e fica no 1o piso, fora do apartamento. Mas a sensação de estar em um apartamento com suas comodidades em Florença, com excelente localização, é valiosa. Vale a pena.

Consertar o ralo da pia do banheiro e lavar os utensílios da cozinha. Deixar claro nas informações que a máquina de lavar é comunitária e, portanto, nem sempre está disponível.

The convenience of the location and the privacy of having our own apartment. We really felt like part of the city life!

There was no internet or tv access in our apartment.

Location, safety, secure, shopping, main sites, not so stunning views, self catering, warmth, lack of lifts, rustic, and furniture.

stairs, poor cleaning, old kitchen and non matching dishes, views from room - not very nice seeing roof after roof, noise, cost, broken dishes, chipped glasses, chips in microwave !

Good location, the design of the appartment is interesting, all equipment is modern.

The location and decor of the room were both excellent.

Our room did not receive a very good wifi connection.

The owner did not know that the apartment was occupied. The Internet has not worked, although I paid Rental services agency were bad

Convenience of location in Florence

The central location was convenient. This is the only positive.

What was advertised was not the same as what we eventually got. Completely different location. It was allegedly an upgrade but was not satisfactory. We were left to our own devices, which is poor customer service given that we were new to the country, and to the city. Beware! Also, the immediate surrounding area was unclean and and unsanitary. The furniture and decor were dated.

Location is excellent. I would stay again anytime,

First of all, it was'nt stated that I had to check in somewhere else to get the key to the apartment. Secondly, I was greeted by unfriendly staff who did things in a snail pace manner. Thirdly, I did not get the apartment that I booked but another apartment which is at a smelly and dodgy backlane. Fourthly, most of the furnishings were in a bad condition, the fridge wasnt working. Bad!
