Location

Wall was dirty,staff bearly speak english and for a breakfast was not even a sandwich. Only coffee and some croissant

Price was OK

Room and toilet really basic. Breakfast was very basic as well. It was very hard to find the entrance to the hotel as there is no sign.

Ideal location for airport connections to and from Roma, railway station easy walking distance from hotel Require bus or taxi to airport from hotel however this is unavoidable though hotel is one of the closest to this airport Staff pleasant and helpful

This was our 4th time at Hotel Laura and unlike the previous 3, it was not a good experience at all. The guy at the reception (first time we met in our 4 stayings) was unhelpful and almost annoyed to assist. The room did not have a telephone (so difficult to be reached in case needed). The breakfast too, which should have been fully set from 7.00, was only partially ready (my husband could not eat the croissants due to a health issue) at 07.00 am and fully ready only at 08.00. we will come back but we hope to not find the same member of staff.

Located not far from Ciampono train station, and it was easy to catch the earliest bus (5.50 in the morning) to Ciampino airport.

The hotel is situated in a first floor of a ordinary block house, that made it difficult to find, the entrance is unclear. The shower is very small. The man working in the reception could not speak English.

Ms.Isabelle help us on the information about Rome and Pisa tour. Mr.Victor is another angle who went a step ahead to help us with the room temperature and provided us additional fleece blanket. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my friends in both France and Singapore. and we are also planning a second trip to this hotel soon, with my extended family.

location to airport, comfort and clean, not expensive

Compared to other hotels in the Ciampino area, this hotel was by far the best bargain. This is a completely modern, up-to-date hotel. The proximity to the Ciampino train station made this especially convenient.

Some communications problems with staff, however, nothing that we didn't resolve.

I went to Hotel Laura because it was close to the airport (you don't include this among reasons for stay! It was simple but clean and good value for money

Convenient to railway station and shuttle bus to airport. Also restaurants close by.

Good value and clean reno rooms with aircon. Smiling staff. Nice alternative for Ciampino users.

It was meant to be near the airport and is not. There is only one member of staff who was no more than 20. The rooms were nice though. It is hidden away though up some stairs! Breakfast was poor. I dont recommend it for anything but a night not too far from the airport!

No acces from airport. Need to take a taxi (30€) Credit card machine not working. Old hotel ... I wouldnt come back. Price of taxi is same for the whole Rome zone, for that price next time I ll sleep in city center !

Ideal for early flight from Ciampino Airport, within walk distance (300m) from Ciampino Railway station. At station busses to airport from as early as 5h50 during week days, they cost only 1.50euro/person, during weekends busses only from 7h+ Taxi to airport 20euro for 10 minute drive

I didn't speak much Italian, but the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included in the room and while not substantial, it was a perfect way to start the day, including house-made coffee drinks.

They never emptied my trash (to be fair it was never full. I'm used to American hotels where they'll waste a garbage bag if ANYTHING is in it, so this is a qualified issue, not something that upset me). They never made my bed, but maybe they weren't supposed to? I never saw anywhere saying that they would though.

El hotel está cerca del aeropuerto pero los taxis me cobraron demasiado para llegar ahí. No está a distancia para caminar ya que hay que dar la vuelta al aeropuerto y no hay vías peatonales.

Es muy caro para lo que en realidad ofrece el hotel. Está en una zona no tan buena. El personal fue amable, sin embargo pedí que si llamaban a un taxi para ir al aeropuerto, tuve que repetirlo varias veces y al momento de esperarlo me dicen que habían olvidado pedirlo. El wifi no llega hasta el cuarto. LAs paredes son muy delgadas y hay bastante ruido en el piso.

el recibimiento del recepcionista del turno noche,no me acuerdo su nombre , pero las dueñas si lo saben , su recibimiento fue espantoso., y muy agresivo. E l desayuno muy escaso.
