Hotel Laurentia  

It can be a bit noisy outside during the evenings...this is to be expected, however b/c it is so close to the University.

This has been our second stay at the hotel. The staff and service are excellent. Breakfast is great , the staff is friendly and really service oriented. For instance the first night the wine bar next door was very noisy even with the windows closed. The next morning I mentioned it to the manager and he immediately moved us to a quiet room.

Here is a problem. While the walk from Termini Station is only 10 minutes the homeless and other shaky characters have found the area to gather at night. It maybe scary for some people. Also the wine bar next door can be noisy.

Internet was not working properly (often unavailable or disconnecting intermittently), and despite being willing to help, the staff was unable to fix the problem throughout the entire week spent there.

Comparing with our last year holidays in this hotel there was one big difference: no wi-fi during 10 days (except 2-3 hours in the second and last days). Location is good: supermarket, restaurants are nearby. Breakfast became better. Hotel staff is excellent and friendly

good location- 10min by foot to Termini station lot of small pubs files by yound peaople (students) around, mainy italian are living in that part of the city, therefore quety clean and excelent picerias with wood ovens close by.

No refrigerator as was described wi-fi not very stable in rooms- but basically works. works fine in loby and restaurant

Per loro esigenze siamo stati dirottati all'Hotel Ateneo Garden Palace posizionato a due passi da Hotel Laurentia...nessun sovraprezzo richiesto... Ottimo servizio..pulitissimo..colazione abbondante e ricca..vicino a fs termini..siamo stati molto bene grazie anche a personale competente e disponibile...weekend veramente gradevole...

l'accoglienza è il punto eccezionale del locale,disponibilità e gentilezza di tuuto lo staf.

Ottima posizione per chi ha un impegno di lavoro in zona. Vicino alla Stazione Termini. Staff gentile. Colazione buona.

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di essere rimodernate. Quella che mi era stata assegnata, in particolare, era poco luminosa, con mobili un po' vetusti e pulizia non ottimale. Ho chiesto che mi fosse data un'altra camera, ma mi è stato detto che non c'era disponibilità.

habitacion 405 excelente , con gran terraza y vistas . barrio estudiantil muy animado , sin turistas

lejos de centro histórico para ir a pie . Un taxi al trastevere de noche cuesta unos 20€ . Se puede ir en bus (linea 71) hasta el centro en unos 20min. La parada está a 3 manzanas hacia el norte . Tambien se puede ir en tranvia (linea 3) hasta el coliseo . La parada esta 3 manzanas hacia el sur .

Frequento Laurentia da una vita e lo stesso fa mia moglie anche se era u po' che non venivamo perché ospitati da amici. Abbiamo trovato l'albergo ancora migliorato e con le persone cortesi ed efficienti di sempre. Già varie volte ho consigliato il vostro albergo e continuerò a farlo Cordiali saluti Marcello Buiatti

La magnifica terrazza della stanza che mi era stata assegnata e la cortesia del personale. Ma già conoscevo l'Hotel per esserci stata alcuni anni fa, sempre per lavoro.

Mi è piaciuto tuttto.

Personal muy amable. Habitación con cama de matrimonio grande. La habitación disponía de una terraza bastante grande. El desayuno era típico mediterráneo y era bastante completo.

La terraza estaba un poco descuidada (hacía tiempo que no la habían barrido, etc etc). Estos detalles deberían cuidarse más. El baño era excesivamente pequeño para el coste que tenía la habitación (aunque funcional y limpio). El tema de la terraza puede ser un inconveniente si lo que quieres es silencio/concentración absoluta ya que en toda la planta 4 las habitaciones disponen de terraza y puede resultar molesto oir a los vecinos hablar en ella mientras tú intentas descansar (los italianos hablan muy fuerte). El comedor del desayuno puede resultar algo pequeño en temporada alta (aunque nosotros no hemos tenido problema alguno)

het was na een drukke dag in Rome een soort thuiskomen. wij raden dit hotel zeker aan bij vrienden en familie die ook naar rome willen.

Das Personal an der Information war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bezüglich der Busverbindung zum Vatikan und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit dem Bus 492 können Sie von der Haltestelle, die ca 500 m entfernt ist, für 1.50 Euro bis zum Petersplatz bzw. Engelsburg fahren.Die Tickets bekommt man im Tabacci-Laden.
