Hotel Laurai was wonderful! The desk people spoke some english which was important for me. The breakfast room was beautiful and impeccably clean. The breakfast was very good and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location in the city was convenient to everything you would need or want for an enjoyable vacation or visit. I would definitely return and recommend.

Very good location for the University of Macerata where I had a teaching engagement. Breakfast was included in the room price but was less sumptuous than expected. Excellent Cappucino prepared by hotel staff, however.

La disponibilità del personale. L'ampiezza del bagno, notevole (anche se dovrebbero mettere un pò d'aereazione, visto che in inverno non si possono aprire le finestre per il freddo) Per una persona come me, amante della colazione salata, purtroppo il buffet disponeva solo di dolci.

Posizione eccezzionale: in pieno centro storico di macerata. A portata di piedi tutto quello che serve: dai negozi ai ristoranti dove si mangia molto bene e a prezzi adeguati. Per le mie esigenze direi tutto positivo.

Hotel discreto e molto carino, in bel palazzo e posizione centrale. Bella camera e buona colazione. Pulito e ordinato. L'hotel è nel centro storico, molto carino, la camera era ampia e pulita, così pure il bagno, il personale gentile, mi sono trovata molto bene. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. E' in pieno centro storico, per cui si possono facilmente raggiungere a piedi I posti più caratteristici, anche perchè la macchina è opportuno lasciarla al parcheggio, anche questo facilmente raggiungibile con un ascensore.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a ridosso del centro. Cordiale e premuroso il personale All'arrivo in camera l'aria condizionata non era stata fatta partire, e la camera era un forno. Avendo bisogno di un secondo cuscino, l'abbiamo trovato nell'armadio, ma la federa era abbondantemente sporca di sangue.

Stanza deliziosa con un bel bagno. Ottima la colazione con paste fresche e non con I soliti cornetti disgustosi. Difficoltà di parcheggio ma dalla vita non si può avere tutto......o il centro storico o il parcheggio per la macchina.....(comunque l'auto- silos dista non piu' di 300 mt.)

Zentrale, dennoch ruhige Lage in der Altstadt. Ein Haus mit Charme und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Die Anfahrt durch schmale Gassen ist auch mit Navi etwas beschwerlich, aber interessant und auf die Stadt einstimmend. Parken zum Ausladen des Gepäcks in unmittelbarer Nähe ist nur beschränkt möglich, daß heißt unter Mißachtung bestimmter Verkehrsvorschriften. In fünf Gehminuten sind an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße Parkplätze in der Regel verfügbar, die Gebühren sind niedrig. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht angenehm, das Personal freundlich, der Preis moderat, eher niedrig zu nennen angesichts der genannten Eigenschaften. Wir waren Ende Mai 2011 dort, kommen sehr gerne wieder. Horst (73) und Christa (71) aus Deutschland
