It was a great location inside the old city walls, the view from our balcony was amazing. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice.

La ragazza al bar, a colazione. Gentilissima e professionale La proprietaria, ha impiegato un'intera giornata a restituirmi la carta d'identità, sempre scortese e scocciata, anche quando le ho detto che la pulizia in camera non aveva lasciato bagnoschiuma.

el personal muy agradable, limpio y tranquilo, buena ubicacion, la habitacion me encanto. el wc limpio y amplio el precio quizas un poco elevado para ser una poblacion pequena y no turistica

Nonostante l'albergo fosse chiuso per ferie la proprietaria si è data un gran da fare per ospitarci al meglio e ridurre al minimo I disagi (in particolare il freddo perchè il riscaldamento era spento ed il riavvio richiedeva tempo per una avere una temperatura accettabile), senza fare ricadere sul cliente I disservizi di comuninicazione Booking/albergo.

Hotel buono in posizione ottima, non ho provato la colazione per questioni di tempo, camera pulita, silenziosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, cosa che nelle Marche troverete sempre

L' hotel ha un giusto equilibrio qualità prezzo (si paga poco quindi non aspettatevi lussuosità). Il personale è cortese e la colazione è gustosa ed abbondante. La pulizia buona e gli arredi in linea con lo standard. Per un paio di notti low cost nel cuore di Macerata è da consigliare. L' albergo non ha parcheggio anche se a poche decine di metri è possibile parcheggiare (parcheggio pubblico a pagamento non custodito). Va precisato però che quasi tutto il centro storico di Macerata è interdetto al traffico e videosorvegliato ed a piedi si gira benissimo.

tout était très moyen, la chambre plutôt vétuste, la salle de petit déjeuner en sous sol non aéré avec odeur de moisissure, le réceptionniste gentil mais dans une tenue négligée

Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prima ligging in de oude stad. Sterke sigarettenlucht op de kamer ondanks reservering niet-roken kamer. Met auto beperkt bereikbaar.

ruhig trotz zentraler Lage; alles in Macerata gut zu Fuß erreichbar; funktionierende Klimaanlage; keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit, aber einige hundert Meter weiter an der Stadtmauer gegen geringe Gebühr gut möglich

La cordialità dello staff, la possibilità del riscaldamento autonomo nella camera ed il silenzio della stessa che si affacciava su un cortile interno. Il riordino e la pulizia della camera ogni mattina. Ottima la posizione dell'hotel nel centro storico. Il bagno senza asciugacapelli e molto piccolo. La finestra della camera senza imposte esterne che permettessero di fare più buio nella stanza la mattina presto (c'era solo una tenda pesante per evitare che entrasse la luce del sole).

La posizione centralissima, la possibilità di rientrare in camera in qualsiasi orario della notte grazie ad un Portiere attento ed efficente. La colazione di bassa qualità, soprattutto per essere un'albergo al centro delle marche.
