Excellence in every detail! Felt in a 5 star hotel. This was an experience to stay at the room with lake view and have a coffee in the balcony or a glass of wine in the beautiful gardens. |

the art-nouveau decor was exquisite, the garden was intimate but grand in its own way, the welcome prosecco and fragole made you feel pampered. All in all, a wonderful experience. o yes, and the best scrambled eggs we ever had some of the staff were alightly haughty and not as friendly as the others |

Quality, service and food are excellent. It is the second most impressive Art Déco hotel I ever visited. Strongly recommended. Not really. A stronger Wifi signal reaching well the rooms is the only improvement I could suggest. |

It was such a pleasure to stay at Hotel Laurin, which is a romantic place like it's name. Hotel Laurin is a unique elegant hotel with wonderful preserved examples of Art Nouvet in Italy. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the staff who were friendly, accomodating and professional. Breakfast was a pleasure to have sitting on the balcony dining area over looking the lake and our room was immaculately clean. A perfect position at the end of Salo, with only a two minute walk to the restaurants and shops which are very unspoilt by tourism. Attention to detail was exellant and it was beautiful when we came back in the evenings with all the candles lit. The food for breakfast was exellant with a great choice, but we were disappointed with the dinner we had and a little expensive. |

The hotel was beautiful, the staff really friendly and helpful, the situation was almost perfect - a short walk to the centre of Salo and a great view of the lake and mountains. The food was excellent, if a little pricey. One of the rooms we had was small, especially the bathroom. This is a problem with 'characterful' old buildings I suppose, and it did make up for it by having a balcony, which most of the rooms don't. |

We loved everything about the hotel, the food was truly outstanding, some of the best we have ever tasted. The staff very not only very friendly and welcoming but they were also extremely efficient. We stayed at the hotel on our honeymoon and could not have picked a better hotel, the staff really looked after us. The hotel is also extremely beautiful, full of character and charm. There is a pool and plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs to enjoy the perfectly maintained gardens. The views out over the lake from our room was also breathtakingly beautiful. We had a terrific stay at hotel Laurin and also loved it's location a short strole into town and with boat trips to most towns around the lake it proved to be a great choice. |

The hotel staff was exemplary. The terrace was very romantic both breakfast and dinner. Taking a drink by the pool was delightful. The room was a little outdated. It seemed everything had not been revisited since the 70's. |

The Art Nouveau is stunning I never got tired of looking at this building. The more than helpful and friendly staff they could not have been nicer. The stunning decor and surrounding garden. The short walk to the promenade and restaurants even in high heels. The outdoor pool was lovely albeit a bit small which is fitting as it is more like a big villa so don't expect a lot of sun loungers around the pool having said that, most of the time we didn't have a problem getting a bed, if not at the pool then in the garden. Breakfast is excellent (my husband would like fresh orange juice). Beautiful lake view. When we arrived our room was very small and a bit dated, we where staying for 6 nights which would have been a struggle with 2 suit cases. At an earlier date the hotel had offered us an upgrade which would have added to the cost of the holiday and we didn't take them up on it at the time but did as soon as we saw the room we were staying in which by the way was very clean. The upgrade was a beautiful newly refurbished room in keeping with the period of the hotel design and big bathroom. ( In time they will upgrade all rooms) |

The staff were extremely helpful!. Reception and restaurant staff and its service was wonderful. The swimming facility very beautiful, clean, and good service. Beautiful hotel. Dinner quite expensive, it might be an idea to have a set price (table d'hote) |

The hotel is situated in a beautiful art nouveau building just outside the old town of Saló. The view over lake Garda is great, so are the deck chairs and the pool. The staff is fantastic - they'll bend backwards to help you with anything! This seems to be a family run hotel, where the family are perfectionists. A not too expensive luxury if you're stayin in the smaller, more modern rooms. I love it! |

The fantastic building, the location and the friendly staff. We did not eat at the hotel in the evening however the staff were attentive to everything we needed. Wished there was a gym for this time of year. The Conference facilities seem to overpower the ambience. |

Recommended by The Rough Guide to Italian Lakes as one of the best 4-star hotels on Lake Garda, Hotel Bellerive is set directly on the historic shores of Salò. |
Hotel Belvedere is located directly on the Garda Lake, in a privileged position on the Sirmione Peninsula. The adjacent, charming little harbour makes the spot really romantic. |
Step out of your room and find yourself right on a private beach of the beautiful Lake Garda, without crossing any street. This is only possible at Hotel Du Lac. |
Great-value Hotel Eden is set 100 metres from Lake Garda, in Salò's historic centre. Relax in the sun on the hotel terrace and enjoy views over the lake. |
