The location, balcony and darkening shades. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks. |

Very polite/helpful staff. Wonderful location. Great balcony. Overall very competent. The room was too hot, and some of the facilities (swimming pool, air conditioning) were unavailable due to the time of year. Overall slightly soul-less. |

Hotel is situated on very noisy road, we could not sleep at 6 a.m. Parking near hotel is too expensive (2,5 euro per hour), parking more cheap (16 euro per day) is little bit far away. Make a sauna free of charges or more cheap. |

Quarto confortável. 1) When we arrived, the bathroom of our bedroom wasen't cleaned!! 2) We asked for a place to park the car, and a garage was sugested (16€ a day) - during our stay, other guest kept is car - obviously with the agreement of the management - at the hotel door... We understood the message: some clients are better than others... 3) The breakfast is unaceptable (poor) for this rate of hotel. |

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, provided us with maps and great directions and spoke wonderful English. Bedside reading light would have been helpful. |

The position of the hotel is very convenient near the centre of the pretty town but with an open aspect over the port. There is a very pleasnat view from the rooms facing the sea and a very large terrace opening from the room with a table and two chairs. |

Excellent newly refurbished rooms with a superb staff headed by the hotel director in an outstanding location. The car parking offered was very good if a little expensive. |

The location was great, the room was clean and large enough. Bathroom was good. The pillow was very hard but when I mentioned this to the staff they said they could replace it for me. |

The atmosphere, comfort and location at Laurin were extremely enjoyable. I found the pillows were very hard. Feather pillows would have made the stay at the Laurin 100% satisfaction. |

Spacious room, view is amazing, easy access, in the center of town. Improve simpaty of breakfast staff. Improve breakfast quality. Suficient but not good (coffee, hot milk, bread) |

Furniture was plain but okay. The room with a view was fine but a balcony large enough for chairs would have been nicer. Bathroom was large w/tub & shower. Breakfast was good. Our car battery died (we were parked in the private lot provided) and the concierge gave my husband Incorrect directions and information as to finding the car repair shop. This was frustrating and took almost 2 hours to make sure our car was okay. We do not speak Italian so it made it more difficult. |

We loved the location and the fabulous views from our terrace! Also, the accessability of visiting other nearby locations such as Portofino and the Cinque Terre towns. |
