The kids loved the pool. The big balcony with tabel and chairs with a view of the bay was also very nice. Better breakfast, with coffee which does not taste of chemicals, and some propper bread with grains. better claning of rooms, there had not been cleaned behind the sofa for years. |

We loved the pool at the hotel and the views from the hotel balcony. It was also great that we could use the beach facilities of the sister hotel. |

The location is central and on the sea front. Hotel needs a good upgrade in decor. The Breakfast area is not up to standard for a four star and breakfast is poor. In my opinion this hotel is very overpriced. |

The only thing we liked about the Hotel Laurin was the position the general state of the hotel was very run down - no hot water - the safe did not work etc - covers on beds dirty and break fasts were basic to say the least. Our first and last stay at a Best Westin - whilst it claims 4 star rating due to facilities available these were below par/average |

Central location in Santa Margherita, spacious balcony, lovely views of bay. The breakfast room and lounge are a bit utilitarian for a four-star hotel. |

I liked the big balcony in our room. Loved the view since the hotel faces directly to the port. Could not sleep well because of the hard, flat pillows. Sort of woke up with a stiff neck for 2 days. |

It is during the summer and the room air conditioning is not adequate to keep the temperature comfortable. |

The only value is that breakfast is included. You are paying for location. Overpriced for what you get. |

The location was ideal right opposite the beach and harbour. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and right opposite the ferry to Portofino which is a must do. Suggest a ferry to the Cinque Terra and trail back. No, rooms were roomy and clean. Ensuite good. Had a view over the narbour. Restaurant and bar on site and even used the small but adequate gym facilities. Rates were up there but we were there in August. |

Great location, nice views if you pay for those rooms. Needs remodelling. Very dated interiors. Depressing corridors. In need of desperate facelift. Old rooms, more like hostel rooms than a hotel room. Reminded me of college dorms. |

The location, balcony and darkening shades. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were like rocks. |

Very polite/helpful staff. Wonderful location. Great balcony. Overall very competent. The room was too hot, and some of the facilities (swimming pool, air conditioning) were unavailable due to the time of year. Overall slightly soul-less. |

Hotel is situated on very noisy road, we could not sleep at 6 a.m. Parking near hotel is too expensive (2,5 euro per hour), parking more cheap (16 euro per day) is little bit far away. Make a sauna free of charges or more cheap. |

Quarto confortável. 1) When we arrived, the bathroom of our bedroom wasen't cleaned!! 2) We asked for a place to park the car, and a garage was sugested (16€ a day) - during our stay, other guest kept is car - obviously with the agreement of the management - at the hotel door... We understood the message: some clients are better than others... 3) The breakfast is unaceptable (poor) for this rate of hotel. |

Hotel Tigullio Royal is situated in a central and panoramic position, along the promenade of Rapallo, in the heart of the Ligurian Riviera. |
Hotel Italia e Lido is situated in an enchanting location: directly overlooking Rapallo sea walk, in front of the medieval castle, with a breathtaking view of Portofino. |
Hotel L’Approdo, set between Rapallo and Santa Margherita Ligure, enjoys beautiful views of the Tigullio Gulf. Accommodation here is modern, fresh, and a short walk from the beach. |
Enjoy the view from Hotel Continental, set on a cliff top and overlooking the bay in Santa Margherita Ligure. It is surrounded by landscaped gardens and has a private beach. |
