In the advertising it was stated that it was on the Lake. This was not so (it is very near the Lake, but not on it), which made it very hard to find, as we expected a hotel on the Lake to be visible from the road that runs alongside the Lake

no ascensors in the building, very poor breakfast, in the middle of construction houses and check out at 10am?!!!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location almost on the shore of Lake Como was very good. Rooms were big with air conditioning and the food was good. Prices for Lake Como area were good.

Nothing to dislike

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights and were extremely happy with everything. We had a Junior Suite which had a view of Lake Como with a balcony and a separate seating area. The shower we had in the room was lovely. We could not fault anything. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, as were all the staff who looked after us so well - thank you to Sara, Michaela, Greta, Bianca and all the rest of the staff - we did not want to come home and had a fantastic holiday.

Nice friendly hotel, staff very attentive, great restaurant with good menu choice. 2 minutes walk to Lake Como. Good size room well equipped

Clean and modern great english speaking staff/owners

As advertised. rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely bathroom with superb shower - loads of hot water. Excellent parking facilities. Hotel a little distance away from the lake - no views but 2 mins walk. Breakfast varied - especially liked the boiled eggs to order! A cheap but convenient hotel, would stay again.

Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, ci siamo fermati anche per cenare e devo dire che oltre alla bontà del cibo si può notare l'accortenza e la fantasia degli addetti. ottimo.

Kleines, aber absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Schöne, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal und gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Lage fast am Ufer des Comer Sees

Trato horrible. El restaurante no esta mal siempre y cuando te dejen cenar. (cuando tienen bautizos lo cierran sin avisar). No tiene ascensor con lo cual subir maletas y carros de bebe un tanto difícil. Debajo de la cama encontramos botellas de agua vacías que permanecieron en toda la estancia. El personal del hotel (la propiedad) muy maleducados, todo el día fumando fuera y sin ganas de ayudar. En fin una estancia horrible. Para no volver ni recomendar a nadie q vaya.

Kamer met zicht op het meer, het meer was niet te zien. Was jammer.

Nettes Personal, immer freundlichen. Kleine aber effective Einrichtung. Auch wenn nach einem Sturm das Internet nicht funktionierte hatte das Personal direkt eine alternative Lösung parat.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Badezimmer nett ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, spricht allerdings nur italienisch und kein englisch.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen an eine Junior-Suite, ebensowenig wie der "Seeblick" vom Balkon, der doch nur wenig Wasser zeigte. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein. Das Personal des angeschlossenen Restaurants zeigte sich zum Teil sehr unfreundlich, eigentlich schon unverschämt, so dass wir dort nicht gegessen haben. Auch hier hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksames Serviceteam, gut organisiert. Das geschmackvolle Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick und nahezu ohne störenden Straßenlärm, und auch keine Lärmwahrnehmung von anderen Zimmern. Wenn man von der geräuschvollen Klimaanlage absieht. Das Frühstück super, das Restaurant ebenso. Haben uns gefreut mit dem Motorrad angereist zu sein, da die Zufahrt doch etwas rabiat ist. Parkplatz in der Garage wurde sofort angeboten. Gerne noch einmal wieder.

Fijn hotel midden in Gravedona. Wij vonden de junior suite heerlijk ruim en netjes. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks engels of duits, maar is uiterst vriendelijk. Wij hebben twee nachten overnacht en zijn uiterst tevreden.

Chambre neuve et spacieuse avec tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, avec une salade de fruits frais. La pizzeria de l’hôtel est très convenable et bon marché. Le personnel est adorable.

La vue sur le lac était limitée sur cette chambre placée à l'arrière (au calme, toutefois). L’hôtel est difficile à trouver : le panneau indiquant l’hôtel sur la nationale est difficile à voir et le nom de la rue ne correspond pas à l'adresse... Nous avons dû nous y prendre en trois fois.

Das Hotel ist für kürzere Aufenthalte perfekt, nur zu empfehlen. Alles passt! Der Service ist nett und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch, Parkplätze wurden für unsere Motorräder sogar überdacht angeboten, Sogar das Minaralwasser aus der Minibar wurde im Zimmerpreis uns geschenkt. Klimaanlage vorhanden, qualitative Better und (wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind) sehr ruhiges Zimmer! Das Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen!

Sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Essen sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Gemütlich und ruhig Gute Lage !!
