Location and cleanliness
The 4 euro per day charge per person, expensive, not the friendliest of staff
Amazing room. Very spacious and clean. Hotel is centrally located and near everything. (Can't beat the location)
They didnt turn on the air condition system.
Perfect location, just some steps from Duomo and very central to all attactions in Firenze. Breakfast is amazing, staffs are all very kind.
Price could be little bit cheaper!
A very friendly hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is very close to all of the places that we wanted to visit. We liked the rooftop wine bar very much and we were delighted to see that it hadn't changed in the three years since our last visit. Room was kept particularly clean with new sheets each day. Wi fi in the room was excellent. Thank you!
Nothing at all!
The location was superb. Terrace view wonderful
Being charged twice for the room.
Room too small....also no wash cloths in the bathroom
This hotel is in the ideal location for visiting Florence with the Duomo on your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was ideal. Perfect stay, thank you
The hotel is modest though clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Great location, short walk to Santa Maria Novella Station and key attractions.
Breakfast is not good at all.
Rooftop terrace bar for drinking local Tuscan wines. Close to sights and train station
No tea or coffe available in the room Limited healthy breakfast choices No separate hot water kettle for breakfast. Sometimes coffee dripped into the hot water dispenser-same machine.
The very courteous treatment and friendly attention I received from all members of staff I encountered
Everything about this hotel was great except the Wi-Fi. We were on the 7th floor and it was very poor. I discussed it with the staff, but nothing was done.
Staff was very helpful and courteous. Recommended restaurants for us nightly and also made the reservations. (Excellent food and within walking distance of hotel.) Rooms were immaculate and in nice condition.
Beds/pillows were very hard making a good nights sleep impossible. Our Room #607 was right next to the kitchen for the deck breakfast room. Each morning @ 5:30 am. the kitchen noises and smells entered our room making sleep beyond that time difficult.
Good access to Al Duomo and all places you want to visit and also for whole range of restaurants Would recommend staying here
Locatio, very friendly staff, city centre location but no noise due to very good sound insulation and aircon, fantastic view of the Duomo from the terrace.
Terrace bar opens at 4.30, however the waitress was working on her own having to ferry drinks from downstairs leading to a longer than acceptable waiting time for service. Pillows and mattress quite hard.
Location near to the dumo and train station.
Some of the staff need to be more friendly To the guests.
Location Air condition Parking service
A little difficult find
Staff Internet (only three devices allowed)
Location is close to attractions.
Food Options, no choices and the breakfast is not that great.
I'm used to rent flats or visit so called boutique hotels so I first was disapointed when I saw the hotel from outside and the lobby. It looks like every average hotel. But the room (205) was really convinceing: not to small, soundproof double windows down to the floor which can be opened and a wooden floor. The terrace where the breakfast is served is nice but the capacity is limited so you probably have to eat inside.
Breakfast just until 10 am - even on weekends.
Location .. Walking distance to tourist spots, restaurants and shopping.
Breakfast was the same for the 6 days we were there. Wifi was good for 72hrs afterwhich we have to get new password.
Location was excellent - perfectly centered in between the Duomo and the train station. Staff is very courteous and helpful.
Overpriced breakfast and wine bar - did not even bother trying even though it had a wonderful view.
Th hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and very close to the Duomo. We were given a friendly greeting upon arrival and a bellhop took our bags to our room. The room was a decent size and had a good sized bathroom, too. I'm Celiac, and the hotel was able to provide gluten-free breads and cereal options for breakfast. The usual breakfast had a very good variety, too. Finally, when we checked out, the clerks even provided a scale so we could make sure our luggage wasn't overweight from all the shopping we'd done.
Everything was great, nothing not to like!
Friendly staff, great location. Very comfortable beds, good breakfast!
