Best Western Vivahotel Laurus Al Duomo

スタッフは皆大変感じがよかったです。ベッドも大変寝心地の良いものでした。なにより立地がすばらしく、駅- 側にも観光中心地にもほんの数分です。

お隣の同じ４つ星ホテルと比べると施設の豪華さという点では見劣りしますが、価格相応と考えれば悪くはない- です。朝食は多少貧弱な感じがしました。

ドゥオーモにも徒歩数分で観光、買い物に便利に場所でした。ホテルの方、お勧めのレストランも最高でした！-

駅からもドォウモからも近く立地条件がとてもよかった。またお部屋もきれいで、ベッドの質もとてもよかった- 。朝食は種類はそんなに多くなかったが、パンがトーストできたり、ベーコン、ウインナー、卵焼きもあり、嬉- しかった。カプチーノも飲むことができた。フロントの人の対応もまあまあだったし、チェックアウト後にスー- ツケースを半日預かってもらったが、もちろん無料だったし、ベルボーイが小部屋にしっかり預かってくれた。-

We booked the hotel 3 hours prior to arrival and were able to quickly walk straight into a clean, large hotel room located within close proximity to the Duomo.

The only thing we struggled with was the satellite tv....that being said who really goes to Florence to watch television!!! There really arent any negative comments.

I was first given a room facing the back street. Although the room is bigger than other rooms, there were many mosquitoes inside the room. I was so disturbed by the mosquitoes that I stayed up the whole night. The following morning, I raised it to the hotel. The hotel staff was keen to resolve the problem and I was immediately given another room facing the big street leading to Duomo and there was no more mosquitoes problem. I very much appreciate the good attitude of the hotel staff.

the hotel was great right next to the duomo, very beautiful and clean room and a big new bathroom. breakfast was very nice too, good coffee the best hotel in our whole trip.

Very good location, good working AC, free internet, clean and modern.

You should find a cheaper car parking and asure customers transportation to the hotel. The hotel was very difficult to find as the GPS drove us into very narrow streets and dead end roads.

Confortable and very silent room. Very closed to the Duomo and all atractions in Florence. The breakfast was good and served in a nice place, with a fantastic view of the Duomo.

30 minutes of Internet, they charged me 5 Euros. Their explanation was the regular price in that area. It's a lie, we found internet house very close charging 2 Euros per hour. It's an insignificant complain.
