Goede ligging + airco werkt super en dat is belangrijk in de hete zomers van Firenze. het is jammer dat er nog geen internetverbinding in de kamer is. |

Ligging van hotel : dicht bij station en dicht bij het centrum.Kamer straatzijde (4de verdiep) was voldoende geluidsvrij als ramen dicht waren.Uitzicht bij ontbijt (6de verdieping) op de Dome was heel mooi. Bij het ontbijt waren de eieren gemaakt van eierpoeder.Wij zijn natuurlijk in Italie.......voor de rest was er voldoende keuze maar niet overvloedig zoals in andere 4sterren in andere landen die wij bezochten(Oostenrijk, Duitsland, GB, Zwitserland....of Italiaans Tirol) |

Very good location, good working AC, free internet, clean and modern. You should find a cheaper car parking and asure customers transportation to the hotel. The hotel was very difficult to find as the GPS drove us into very narrow streets and dead end roads. |

Confortable and very silent room. Very closed to the Duomo and all atractions in Florence. The breakfast was good and served in a nice place, with a fantastic view of the Duomo. 30 minutes of Internet, they charged me 5 Euros. Their explanation was the regular price in that area. It's a lie, we found internet house very close charging 2 Euros per hour. It's an insignificant complain. |

Very good location. It was lovely having an excellent breakfast on the rrof garden with overlooking the Duomo. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel and we don't intend to stay anywhere else when in Florence |

The location of the hotel was well situated within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and major sites. The room was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given that the window faced the street. I felt the staff could have been more helpful. We lost electricity early one morning and called the front desk and were told that we had to wait until 8am when someone could come up. Also during a phone call to the front desk to understand the tv/satellite, I was told that the person was alone at the desk and didn't have time to help me and to call back later. |

Cannot beat this hotel for location. Right on the street leading to the Duomo and the train station. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Everywhere is within walking distance of this hotel. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace with the view of the Duomo is simply breathtaking.They minded our bags because room was not ready when we arrived early. Location. It is on the same street of Duomo, 10 mnts walk from the train station. This hotel is near to many significant places. We didn't take any bus for our transportation. Walking was our means of transportation ! Flies and mosquitos were playing in our room until we killed them. |

Excellent location. Close to sights and train terminal. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff very helpful. Auditorium in the hotel also, Opera was on while we stayed. Reasonable rates as well. |

Very good location, super terrace with Duomo view (breakfast at the terrace, in the evening - bar), no street noise in the room because of double windows, free internet, helpfull and friendly staff. Bad ventilation in the bathroom - strong cigarette smoke (heard the same from other guests). |

The hotel is very central to all the important sites.The hotel was on the whole very comfortable, good rooms and good service. No but the veranda bar could do with a little improvement to make it more welcoming/inviting, plants etc could improve the area a lot. |

situation géographique tout près des principaales visites à effectuer, un personnel très disponible et une chambre très agréable atttention aux chambres du 6ème étage qui se trouve être l'étage pour les petits déjeuners et le bar le soir qui peuvent apporter de la musique et les bruits de vaisselle. nous avons demandé à changer de chambre le 2ème jour ce qui a été fait sans problème |

Estaba muy cerca del centro y la limpieza de la habitación era buena en general, aunque el último día miramos debajo de la cama y estaba llena de basura. El desayuno era poco variado. |
