При бронировании просил этаж повыше-жили на 6-м с прекрасным видом на город.Уютно,комфортно,расположение очеь хорошее.Прекрасная террасса для завтрака-вид на Duomo. |

We booked the hotel 3 hours prior to arrival and were able to quickly walk straight into a clean, large hotel room located within close proximity to the Duomo. The only thing we struggled with was the satellite tv....that being said who really goes to Florence to watch television!!! There really arent any negative comments. |

The Internet connection in each room is fast, stable and most of all it's free. It's cable wired though, but it's in Italy, it's really excellent here comparing to most other hotels around here. What's more, the breakfast which is included in the rate is very good here. The television picture quality is not so good. I'm sure the TV-set itself has no problem. It's just somehow, maybe because of the signal quality, the picture is very unstable which makes me dizzy when watching. |

I was first given a room facing the back street. Although the room is bigger than other rooms, there were many mosquitoes inside the room. I was so disturbed by the mosquitoes that I stayed up the whole night. The following morning, I raised it to the hotel. The hotel staff was keen to resolve the problem and I was immediately given another room facing the big street leading to Duomo and there was no more mosquitoes problem. I very much appreciate the good attitude of the hotel staff. |

The view from the rooftop patio of the Duomo and Campanile were a real treat. The staff were also very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Service was very good and the room was spotlessly clean. The drinks in the rooftop bar were very expensive. |

the hotel was great right next to the duomo, very beautiful and clean room and a big new bathroom. breakfast was very nice too, good coffee the best hotel in our whole trip. no, every thing was perfect |

Location is fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, our room was very quiet and the view from the breakfast terrace was fabulous The only comment I can think of is that at breakfast all the juices were cordials and very sweet. Not very European for an European experince. |

We found this Hotel excellent it was right in the centre of Florence yet quiet, the breakfast buffet on 6th floor was very well serviced and great grub to set you up for the day! Staff very friendly and helpful and great room service spotlessly clean will be staying again. |

Great value...the rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. No noise from the street and incredible location from the Florence smn train station, as well as the Cathedral. Very nice terrace for breakfast in the morning. Though this is labeled as a 4-star hotel, it's actually more like a solid 3-star hotel (according to us standards), Service was hit or miss. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, some weren'T. Note that double beds are actually 2 twins that are pushed together, but the 'crack' is barely perceptible. |

Very good location, good working AC, free internet, clean and modern. You should find a cheaper car parking and asure customers transportation to the hotel. The hotel was very difficult to find as the GPS drove us into very narrow streets and dead end roads. |

Confortable and very silent room. Very closed to the Duomo and all atractions in Florence. The breakfast was good and served in a nice place, with a fantastic view of the Duomo. 30 minutes of Internet, they charged me 5 Euros. Their explanation was the regular price in that area. It's a lie, we found internet house very close charging 2 Euros per hour. It's an insignificant complain. |

Very good location. It was lovely having an excellent breakfast on the rrof garden with overlooking the Duomo. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel and we don't intend to stay anywhere else when in Florence |

The location of the hotel was well situated within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and major sites. The room was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet given that the window faced the street. I felt the staff could have been more helpful. We lost electricity early one morning and called the front desk and were told that we had to wait until 8am when someone could come up. Also during a phone call to the front desk to understand the tv/satellite, I was told that the person was alone at the desk and didn't have time to help me and to call back later. |

Cannot beat this hotel for location. Right on the street leading to the Duomo and the train station. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Everywhere is within walking distance of this hotel. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace with the view of the Duomo is simply breathtaking.They minded our bags because room was not ready when we arrived early.
