Hotel liegt idyllisch in den Bergen mit Blick auf Vesuv und Sorrent. Sehr gut der stündliche, hoteleigene Busshuttle nach Sorrent (ca. 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit). Dadurch kein Stress mit Parken in Sorrent. Sehr sauber und angenehmes Ambiente. Sehr schöne Sonnenterrasse. Zu kleiner Pool. War für uns o.k., da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht haben. Für einen 1 oder 2 wöchigen Urlaub nicht so geeignet. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende gut. Leider keine gute Mittagsverpflegung durch das Restaurant. Schwerpunkt liegt auf Abendmenü, wobei man den Abend lieber in Sorrent in den vielen guten Restaurants verbringen sollte. |

Uns gefiel, dass die Mitarbeiter auf unsere Anfragen und Bitten stets sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll reagierten. Gleichermaßen positiv hervorzuheben war der minutiös pünkliche Shuttle-Service. Weiteres Plus ist die Lage, was die strategisch günstige Position einerseits von Sorrent(o), andererseits die ruhige Lage des Hotels selbst betrifft. Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wir haben dieses Haus gebucht, weil es keine negativen Bemerkungen zum Frühstück gab. Leider war das Frühstück wirklich schlecht! Eine für deutsche Erwartungen sehr reduzierte Auswahl, kein frisches Obst (im Juli in Italien?) und löslichen Kaffee (absolutes No-Go!), keine Eierspeisen - und an zwei Tagen war der Toast im Korb mit Schimmelflecken versehen. Die Laken wurden erst nach einer Woche gewechselt, was wir vom kompletten amerikanischen (Nord- wie Lateinamerika) Kontinent anders kennen. Eine Weiterempfehlung für dieses Hotel geben wir, jedoch mit den oben genannten Einschränkungen. |

Ruhiges und sauberes Hotel mit Swimmingpool. Gratis Shuttle-Bus nach Sorrent. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besuche von Capri, Ischia, Vesuv, Pompei, Amalfiküste etc. Gratis Hotelparkplatz. Frühstücksbuffet etwas mager und eintönig. |

Man konnte vieles besichtigen, tolle Aussicht, sehr guter Shuttle-Service nach Sorrent und gute Informationen an der Rezeption. Sehr freundliche Direktion und Mitarbeiter. Die Lage der Zimmer war nicht optimal- kein Blick zum Meer. Frisches Obst fehlte beim Frühstück. |

die Aussicht und die Ruhe ausserhalb dem sehr hektischen Sorrent war super. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, gutes Restaurant, schöner Pool und gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Grosszügige Räume und Einrichtung. Sehr freundliche Hotelangestellte. Auf jeden Fall emfpehlenswert sehr gute Preis-Leistung für diese Gegend. Auto sollte vorhanden sein. WIFI sehr langsam und nur in der Hotel Halle. |

das Hotel ist sehr sauber, hat einen Parkplatz und einen traumhaften Blick über die Bucht von Sorrento. Auch war der Chuttleservice in die Stadt und zurück sehr zuverlässig organisiert. Keine einzige Ablage im Bad, wo man mal etwas hinlegen konnte, auch keine Halterung in der Dusche für Schampoo o.ä. Man konnte nicht, wie auf dem Bild im Internet vorgetäuscht, auf der Terrasse frühstücken. |

We had the double room with a view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The upgrade is well worth the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is located well up the side of the mountain, which gives a good view, but basically isolates the traveler from walking around. There is, however, a free shuttle which runs regularly into Sorrento. |

We really enjoyed the wonderful views of Sorrento,it was nice to be close to the city but removed from it at the same time.The excellent shuttle service from the hotel into town took care of the distance |

The room was clean and the lobby very inviting and the people were very friendly. We loved the dog at the front door. the view is wonderful. Being our 38th anniversary we really appreciated the champagne sent to our room. We would stay there again. |

It was a very friendly hotel. The courtesy bus was excellent.Nino the manager/receptionist was very fluent in English and was certainly the most helpful of all the staff.The breakfast was excellent (except for the lack of a hot choice. The evening meal was expensive and was inflexible insofar that you couldn't substitute a starter instead of a dessert. Apparently most Italians want this combination. The Courtesy bus timetable and route should allow for collection from and delivery to the bus station if desired as strangers to the area do have difficulty. |

i loved the views from the room,the pool ,sun terrace ,the peacefullness of the area the food was very mediocre.having to rely on the shuttle bus or public transport and not being able to walk to the town was fustrating,the long gap between the 12.30 bus and 17.30 bus was a nusiance.the satff were rude on checking out also |

The veiw and rooms were nice. Shuttle into town was very helpful. I did not like that they shut off the air conditioning for this time of year. I found the room to be very warm and stuffy because there wasn't a breeze coming in. |

Excellent service, wonderful views, beautiful hotel and a great pool! It was great to have such a reliable shuttle service and ofcourse the uses were a great asset, too. The waiters at the breakfast and dining room areas are fantastic! The best thing I did was to stay in the superior room with a balcony. Totally worth it! |

clean, tidy, lovely pool but way, way too far from Sorrento,nearly 10 kms!!said on website paid in advance and we had to pay when we arrived. not enough parking spaces, expensive food and horrible coffee, not much choice for breakfast and above all very far not 'just up the hill' as advertised no chance walking to sorrento. not happy spoilt the end of our honemoon didnt expect to pay for it thought we already did as the website said 'advanced purchase' |

The room is very clean and there is a balcony with a excellent ocean view. The hotel is a bit far from the city however they have a shuttle service and free parking that is essential for car trip. The hotel may provide free internet service |
