Le Agavi is a 5 stars hotel with a human face!!!

Everything perfect!!!

The staff were so friendlly and hard working. We made friends with the Shuttle driver Rafaelle - he was the nicest person we met on our 2 week trip. The way the hotel is designed is asolutely breathtaking and amazing. You feel like you are in this beatiful enormous garden way up on the mountain. The views are magnificent and the way the hotel is built into the mountain is indescribable. You feel in touch with Mother Nature and it is very romantic. We had a huge terrace that overlooked the city of Positano. My boyfriend and I just sat on our lounge chairs on the terrace everyday just admiring the beautiful view of Positano. No hotel has a view like Le Agavi - and it was worth every penny. We would definitely go back and stay at this hotel - everything was perfect!

The decorations in the room are slightly outdated, but if you are looking to get a real feel for Italy, than there is absolutley nothing I could say I did not like.

The view of the sea from our Room was fantastic and the balcony was comfortably large to sit and relax and enjoy the view. The hotel staff , on the whole was very polite and helpful. One of the front desk managers, Mr. Guglielmo Del Pizzo was extremely nice. The room we had checked into originally, had maintenance problems and when we complained, he immediately upgraded us to a suite without unnecessary arguments and ensured that our entire stay was hassle free.

It certainly didn't match up to five star standards. We were in a suite, but apart from the space there was nothing luxurious about the room. The bed was hard the linen ordinary. The toilet space was poorly planned and the normal toiletry supplies were missing. When I asked for a body lotion, they gave me hair conditioner saying that's all they had! After insisting that I couldnt possibly use that for my body, they gave me a bottle of body lotion! Phew!

It has amazing views and a good breakfast buffet.

It is far from the town center and the shuttle service is ONLY once every hour. It should be more frequent since it is only a 10 minute drive. The breakfast buffet should be offered until noon.

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are spartan and monastic in feel. The beds are uncomfortable and represent two singles pushed together. The usual amenities are not present ie. body lotion, comfortable sheets, pillows, iron, ironing board, a proper hair dryer. Internet is not complimentary. The breakfast is average compared to what other hotels offer at the same pricepoint.

The hotel is very well located, around 1,5 km from the Center of Positano. You can use the shuttle provided by the hotel without any charges. The view from the room is breathtaking. The employees are very polite and helpful. The cleanliness is perfect.The restaurant serves excellent meals. The private beach is very nice with a good restaurant. We will surely come back one day.

There is no safebox in the room. The internet and parking charges could be easily included in the room charges.

The location as well as the private beach was excellent. The shuttle bus was always on time and the staff was very friendly.

The Hotel is in need of serious renovation, everything is dated and the style is not consistent. The food in the hotel is average if so and ridiculously overpriced.

The room -delux- was very basic,. For 350 euro per might we expected more from room . Breakfast also was poor with limited selection.

We have stayed at many hotels around the world and many luxury ones. Hotel Le Agavi is my favorite of all of them. From the minute you arrive until you depart the entire staff is attentive and friendly. Everyone is happy and seems to enjoy their jobs. The food and service in the restaurant was one of the best we had during our three weeks in Italy. We had planned on staying two nights but changed our plans and stayed another. The room we had was spacious, super clean, and magnificent view. The shuttle service was most convenient so we kept our car parked. I didn't want to leave but home was calling. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I didn't find one thing I didn't like about Hotel Le Agavi. I'm already hoping to go back some day.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, however the best reason to stay is the staff, more specifically Giovanni, the reservations manager. We got married there and Giovanni took time out to find a florist, hairdresser, driver from the Naples train station and took charge of setting up the balcony for the ceremony, ALL free of charge. If you wanted to get married in Positano, pick a great hotel like this one and you can skip the wedding planner which is ridiculous in their charges. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this hotel. Also, free courtesy shuttle to the center of town nearly every hour of the day. I don't know what else I could have asked for. Headache free, which is nearly impossible when scheduling a destination wedding. No bridezilla here!

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, starting with personnel at the desk, service help, carrying bags etc. Mario, Giovanni, Alphanso, and others were outstanding in their friendliness and service at the restaurant. The Hotel architecture is amazing, and we loved the room and the semiprivate deck overlooking the pool and bay. The bed was a little too firm for us, and we would have been happier one floor above due to some trouble negotiating the 20 or so steps to use each time we left the room. Overall it was great!!!

The bed was too firm and the steps to the room. We are 76 and 73, so a lttle more comfort and no steps would be preferred.

arredi un po datati, servizio mini-bus per il centro poco frequente, colazione in piscina e parcheggio auto molto costosi

Hotel muito agradável, pessoal muito prestativo , quarto muito bem destruído com varanda e uma lindíssima vista do mar e da costa Amalfitana, culinária agradável e café da manhã perfeito. Recomendo

Hotel bem estruturado, elegante sem ser sofisticado. Pessoal gentil e uma vista maravilhosa.

Nada desabona o Hotel. Sugestão é que se crie uma flexebilidade maior para o serviço de transporte hotel/cidade.

los baños y las facilidades del cuarto estan anticuados y necesitan renovarse. un poco caro para lo que da!

Situation géographique et la plage privée

Prix élevé, wifi même pas inclus... Pas normal!

Месторасположение. Доброжелательность персонала даже в том случае, когда при выезде из отеля кредитная карточка отказалась оплачивать услуги отеля....

Плохая уборка номера, запах канализации по вечерам в районе 602-609 номеров, запущенный пляж, отсутствие цен в чеках в ресторане на пляже, ничем неоправданная дороговизна питания в отеле. Особенно удивила нелепая наглость работника пляжа/ресторана неитальянского происхождения...

הנוף מדהים. המרפסת משגעת . האוכל בארוחת בוקר טעים. שרות טוב. יש חניה,וחוף פרטי.
