The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

The breakfast could be a bit larger for the price, but the cafe where it is held is fantastic so really you mingle in with the locals....and there are tons of food around in the city!!!!

great location for us, about 3 minute walk from train station. Very clean and comfortable even though the room was tiny. Breakfast provided at a cafe just around the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Recommended stay.

Great location, so close to sightseeing as well as train station. Very comfortable bed, good shower and modern room fittings. Friendly owners and mini-bar was "pay what you wish".Quiet and good security with safe large enough for laptop etc.

Everything was just perfect. The staff suggested us a very nice restaurant close to the Camere Dei Conti which was excellent and not touristic.

Friendly staffs with great hospitality and wonderful cozy room made our stay in Firenze a memorable one. Definitely stay again next time when we are in Firenze.

Air-conditioning didn't really work well in our room and so we had to open the window throughout the night.

Location is perfect

The room wasn't cleaned and the staff didn't help with our luggages at check in and check out.

Location to the train station. Room was large and bed very comfortable. Street noise was minimal even though we had to leave windows open as ac had not been activated this time of year.

In loved the contemporary looking. The staff was nice. The lady at the desk help us when we checked in and recommended a very good restaurant. They store our luggage after check out time. We liked the layout of room and bathroom. Very contemporary. They had goodies in the small refrigerator for the guest. Overall, a nice stay just for the night.

- Located near the Central train station, which is a plus if you arrive by train or planning to go to The Mall. - Very friendly and helpful owner - Clean room - really like the idea of "donate as you wish" kind of minibar.

A bit difficult to find, as it operates with a few other hotels/offices at the same building.

Why the place is so good to stay is the owner runs the hotel and lives on the premises so nothing is to much trouble for him he speaks excellent English and his wife speaks Spanish for my stay 10 out of 10

Location was excellent,very short walk from train station. Large comfortable bed. Kettle and tea making facilities in room.

Small bathroom. The tea bags we used were never replaced. Person on reception talking loudly late at night was disturbing.

An absolutely fantastic place to stay. The owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate and well furnished. The bathroom was one of the largest and cleanest we had during our trip. A great value and experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location within a walking distance to most of the famous sites. Amazing design and very clean rooms, decent breakfast, helpful stuff. Many truly roman places to dine nearby, that we enjoyed upon the recommendation of the hotel stuff. All in all, more than I could expect for this money.

Hotel personel was very very kind. Room was so confortable and the hotel's position was perfect.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to change room during our 3-day stay for some reason but the hotel offered free mini bar and willingness to compensate. The room was in modern decoration. The location is very good since the historical area in Florence is small and concentrated.

The friendly atmosphere when you get there and you meet the owner, he was really nice and due to a little (absolutely not significant) problem he gave us the junior suite. The room was really clean, fully accessorized ,and the bathroom had a large shower-box. The place is absolutely worth the stay, since it's close to the city-centre by a quick 10 minutes walk and easily reachable. I really appreciated the possibility to leave the baggage at the reception the day we had to leave, since the train was late in the afternoon and we wanted to take advantage of the whole morning to have lunch and visit a museum. Thanks, we didn't have to carry the baggage with us! When we'll come to Florence again, we will try for sure to stay here.

I just didn't like the view from the window, but actually the view from my bedroom wasn't the aim that pushed me to visit Florence ;-) So I'd say everything was perfect.

Mini bar is free and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were also very helpful with recommendations and directions. It was very close to the train station and u can walk to everywhere else very easily. I'll stay there again if I'm in Florence

The camere dei conti is situated near the trainstation and within walking distance to the center of the city. If you travel by care the hotel will call a garage which will send someone to pick up your car. It costs €20/day. We booked the economy double room which is rather small but provides you with everything you need. The bed and cussions are very comfortable, the bathroom is quite big and everything looks really clean and new. Special features like free wifi in every room, a free minibar or a LED light are also provided. Massimiliano is very friendly and welcoming and you feel his lifeblood in everything. We will definitely come back!
