Fairly close to the Colosseum. Staff cleaned the room daily. Free breakfast at the corner cafe was small, but good.
Close to a hospital so ambulances pass by with their sirens on every 5 - 20 minutes. No shower curtain, the entire bathroom gets wet. When wet, the bathroom floor smelled poorly, possibly from fungus.
room good, nice location
Geaser not working for two days limited breakfast
Location, accommodation, clean, private bath and toilet, safe area.
2km to Termini station (a bit far), in cafe as a breakfast sometimes croissants were finished.
The only good thing about this place is the location as it is a 15 min walk to the coliseum and the metro.
Where should I start? The rooms are in the basement of a bldg with windows. Our room faced the street so you can hear ppl walking and talking. The bathroom is literally like a prison bathroom where it's a sink, toilet and shower (with plastic shower mat that's big enuf for 2 feet) all in one small room which is completely soaked after one shower. Our 4 yr slipped and fell in the bathroom b/c it was fully soaked. When I asked the young lady for a bigger or two mats she said that's all she had. The worst was we found mold on the walls beside the night stand which you can't notice b/c the curtains cover it. We kept wondering why our noses were bleeding and our son had all of a sudden developed a bad cough to find out why on our 3rd night. The fridge had mold in and around the door which was disgusting that I just cleaned with wipes that I had bought with me. The walls are falling apart. The carpet felt musty. We would close the windows and when we would come back the windows were always left open and I'm sure it's to get rid of the musty, moldy smell. To top it off, there was a couple who entered the same time as us and for one purpose only b/c all you heard were sounds that you would hear from a brothel a few mins after we were all checked in. The walls are paper thin b/c we heard that and another poor child coughing all night (probably the same reason as my son). Pay a little more and just avoid this mold infested place!!!!
Good location, near from the coliseum. Nice welcome brunch with tea and sweets. The breakfast was great but it isn't in the hotel, it's in a bar at 100mts from the hotel. Paolo and Davide attends us being very helpful with our questions
The shower is ok but it's not separated from the toilet. It is a little bit difficult to find.
We had a great time at Le Camere Della Principessa B&B. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, the location is perfect, free breakfast is served in a nice little cafe nearby. I will come back if I happen to visit Rome again.
I love the decoration of the room, very pretty and warm every time I walk into the room! The room was of a decent size, so was the bathroom. The foldable toilet was very new to me - a great way of saving space! Staff was very helpful and responsive with e-mails. I emailed them asking for the directions from the Ciampino Airport and they replied me within a day. Staff also highlighted the landmarks for us on the map so we had a rough idea of our bearings before we went out. :)
Clean, very close to the Colosseum, quiet place, good for short stay.
Small breakfast (coffee and croisant), you can hear what others are going in another rooms.

Very very very thin walls...that's extremely annoying-I could hear from my room the guest next door whispering into hos wife's ear!!!
A very enjoyable stay. Owner helpful and very friendly. The perfect place for a base to explore :)
Helpsom staff, breakfast is ok, only 15 min walk from the Colosseum, busses right by. All tho it have a few minusses, its a great little place... :-)
Moist in the vindow, and fungus... its in a basement...
Stayed here for six nights, perfect location and great value. Was ideal and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Will stay here again if we return. Thanks
maybe more regular change of laundry would improve things
spacious room, owner(?) Paolo(?)is extremly nice and helpful, close to colloseum
its lower ground floor and a bit dim light, otherwise is cool
Less than 3/4 mile from Colosseum, 100 yards from several bus routes and a cheap coffee/deli sandwich restaurant. The manager was helpful with advice on local transportation to common tourist locations.
The room was the one pictured, nothing particularly fancy, and nothing wrong to complain about.
