nicely arranged resort, good ratio: price/facilities

nice view, nice pool

1. The reception staff put us in a double room, although we had booked and payed for a two-room apartment. After our complaint, we got the correct room. We got the feeling that they just tried to downgrade us, and if we had accepted it, they would just have made a good deal. Not a good way to begin our stay. 2. A lady in the reception staff was rude and not helpful, All the others were OK.

The setting. Stunning views of Pisa and the coastal plain. The grounds. The pool. Free internet. This could be a wonderful hotel. Probably best for self-catering guests in own suites.

No comfortable chairs. Very small bathroom. No explanation of facilities - never found a hotel lounge or bar. Poor service. Breakfast awful - undrinkable coffee out of machine.

It is a very good place to relax with a nice pool. Arriving through the serpentine makes an adventure...

The matresses are not so comfortable. The wardrobes should be renewed, but the toscanian style would be great to be kept.

The view was breathtaking - a hidden piece of paradise . Very relaxing, excellent pool with a magnificient view. Very nice surroundings with very well kept gardens.

There was no airconditioning in the room (only a fan). The only things the hotel lacked was more breakfast choice and meals in the evening (there was a choice of two items on the menu). Hotel room facilities very poor, no drink facilities during the day ie after breakfast or any kind of refreshments available throughout the day.

wonderful location with lovely views, peaceful and relaxing with a fabulous swimming pool. This is perfect if you want to completely relax away from it all with wonderful views. It was like a miniature village high up in the hills experiencing something very different. The hotel is very close to Pisa and Lucca and we also travelled to Viarregio with no problem. We enjoyed it here and our children aged 12 and 18 also enjoyed it.

the apartment we had was at the back of the hotel and had full sun in the evening making it very hot and stuffy overnight, as there was no air-conditioning, but this was Aug. The road upto Le Capanne was very scary at first, although after when we were used to it, we did not find it a problem. The signs to Le Capanne were in blue on the main road, but the sign turning into the road was yellow and we missed this sign a couple of times before we eventually found the hotel.

Amazing views, friendly staff and great restaurant!

Gli interni degli alloggi sono scarni, umidi, pieni di insetti e maleodoranti Gli arredi sono vecchi e malandati, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.

Le site magnifique. La vue exceptionnelle sur Pise et bien au delà vers la mer.

Le manque de materiel de cuisine.

Meget smukt beliggende på et bjerg. Rolig og dejlig atmosfære.

Meget ringe morgenbuffet, men da vi klagede lavede damen i køkkenet røræg og pålæg til os. Lidt svært at komme op til hotellet pga. beliggenhed højt oppe på et bjerg. Der er mere end tre minutters kørsel til by.

La situation geographique est magnifique, le calme, la vue, les odeurs... Un panneau nous dit "welcom in paradize et c'est pas faux! On est pas loin de pise, de la mer et san giuliano est aussi une belle ville. Je recommande cet hotel

L'accès est tres surprenant car la route qui monte la colline est tres raide, une bonne voiture est conseillé!!! la salle de bain est tres petite et pas tres fonctionnelle mais bon on oublie vite vu l'endroit magnifique.

- die phänomenale Lage am Hang mit Ausblick auf Pisa und bei gutem Wetter bis zum Mittelmeer! - sehr ruhig da Anfang September nicht ausgebucht war und man so in Ruhe draußen zu Abendessen konnte bzw. frühstücken... - für Rallyefahrer macht der schmale, steile Anstieg Spaß!!! - entsprach voll und ganz den Erwartungen

это отель для тех кто путешествует на автомобиле! очень хорошее расположение отеля,находится в сердце тосканы на возвышенности . удобно добираться до крупных городов, а так же до моря.потрясающий вид с террасы ресторана,уютные,просторные номера.стилизованно под старинное строение.

скудный завтрак! плохая шумоизоляция,отчётливо слышно храпящих соседей!!!

הנוף, הבריכה, צוות המסעדה הידידותי וארוחות עם תמורה מלאה במחיר סביר ביותר, האוירה הכפרית.

היחס בקבלה היה גרוע, לא חייבים לך כלום - למרות שזוהי דירה ולא חדר במלון עדיין אפשר לתת שירות טוב ותמורה לכסף. רק לאחר שהגענו הודיעו לנו על תוספת 10 יורו ליום על מזגן שזה חוצפה, לאחר שביררנו שיש דירות ממוזגות שנוכל לקבל באותו מחיר. לאחר סערה התקלקל המזגן ועשה רעש נוראי כל הלילה, לא היו מוכנים לשמוע על בעיה ואמרו ש"יש לנו הרבה בעיות" (!!) ונאלצנו לעזוב לילה מוקדם מהמתוכנן בשל אי הנוחות ללא החזר כספי חלקי על הביטול (בשום אופן לא היו מוכנים לשמוע). גישה מתנשאת ומתגוננת של נציגי הקבלה. בנוסף: שירותים ומקלחת קלסטרופוביים עם ניאגרה שבקושי עובדת ותחושה לא נקייה.

La colazione viene servita dalle 8:30 senza nessun avviso. Avendo impegni lavorativi al medesimo orario a Pisa non ho goduto della colazione. Abbastanza fastidioso e dovrò tenerne conto nei prossimi soggiorni scegliendo altre strutture.

Quiete, ospitalità dello staff, vista

La strada d'accesso alla struttura (difficile da migliorare) Ristorante chiusi il 15 agosto, e aperto solo la sera.

De ligging is werkelijk uniek. Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf ons terras. Leuk zwembad, groot genoeg en goed verzorgd. Het eten was erg lekker, goede prijs - kwaliteitsverhouding. Goed gelegen om een aantal mooie uitstappen te doen, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimiano....

De huisjes zijn erg eenvoudig en de kwaliteit van de bedden in de living waren slecht. Het leek een beetje kamperen. Maar als je met deze ingesteldheid vertrekt is het zeker de moeite waard en zouden we zeker opnieuw gaan :)

Schitterende ligging, fantastisch uitzicht. Uitstekende keuken, zeer vriendelijk personeel, meer dan vriendelijke prijzen voor diner. Prima zwembad. Aanrader! Bij aankomst bleek reservering via booking.com niet bekend. Na 2 telefoontjes werd alles uitstekend geregeld.

Jammer dat er overdag als (hotel-)gast geen drankje te verkrijgen is.

Très bel emplacement près de Pise, vue magnifique. Beaucoup de goût, très belles chambres.

Service inexistant ( pas de papier toilette... Pas de ménage des chambres). Petit déjeuner très léger. Situation très difficile à trouver.

La posizione è straordinaria sia per la vista che per il clima della collina, a pochi chilometri da Pisa e Lucca. Meraviglioso cenare nel ristorante adiacente alla struttura, con vista sulla valle, ove si mangia in modo eccellente e rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale, da provare assolutamente.

Gli appartemento sono un po' datati andrebbero un po' rivisitati, in particolar modo I bagni, ma risultano ancora abbastanza confortevoli.

Strada di accesso impervia (quando si incrocia un altro mezzo bisogna fare lunghi tratti in retromarcia). Non ho trovato parcheggio. Tutt'altro che tranquillo (iniziava una festa con musica). Sono arrivato poco prima delle 20:00 e mi hanno negato un tavolo al ristorante in maniera molto scortese (a cena era tutto prenotato per la festa). La camera era caldissima e squallida (nessuna somiglianza con la foto del sito). Sono ripartito subito senza utilizzare alcun servizio. In conclusione le informazioni riportate nel sito sono pubblicità ingannevole.

ich war bereits vor 17 Jahren dort und toll ist vor allem die einzigartige Lage mit dem phantastischen Blick bis zum Meer. Auch die ursprünglich erhaltene Anlage (seit 17 Jahren ist alles unverändert und damit nicht übermodernisiert was nicht passen würde und auch nicht erweitert worden) mit dem familiären Flair gefällt mir gut. Der Besitzer arbeitet dort selbst und seine Familie wohnt dort. Es ist ein Kleinod , was noch nicht kommerzialisiert ist, kein Massenbetrieb sondern überschaubar. Ich werde wieder dorthin fahren.

alles war gut, aber es gibt Ameisen wie schon damals .
