We really liked the location being within walking distance of the natural hot springs. Beautifully situated in the interior of Italy with fantastic views and we loved the fresh air. Our host made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had two bedroom separate building with two showers and most comfortable beds.

Walking distance to the hot springs, loved the ricotta at breakfast and also the cakes. Also worth mentioning is the wine. We felt right at home.

Beautiful! Room was lovely and luxurious, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, surroundings were perfect, and short walk to the hot springs. Staff was very friendly. If I return to Saturnia I will stay there again and would unreservedly recommend it.

When they found out I had arrived by bus they insisted on arranging a ride for me to a restaurant to eat. Which was very nice. I accepted due to being tired and not really wanting to walk into town. I not only tipped the young man generously, but was then told at the end of my stay that I owed 7euros for each of the two times I received a ride. (Which is actually less than I had already tipped him) It was not that I minded paying, I would have happily, and did think that it would come up so wasn't surprised. (I didn't really expect him to drive me without charge) The restaurant was excellent and the young man who drove me was very friendly and helpful. I just would liked to have known ahead of time that I was being charged.

Great access to the hot springs- right next door! Very friendly staff- but no English speakers.

Very basic accommodation. Self catering has no cleaning service, and they did not provide for self catering (ie- no paper towels, not enough toilet paper, only one TINY trash bin) There was no view- just a plowed field.

Location, room design ( had a double room) and terrace, welcoming host, the lack of common language was easy to get around. Great to be able to walk into open fields and find our own part of the hot springs away from the crowds. Easy to get to the main springs, walk or drive its easy either way. Village at the top of the hill was very nice with plenty of restaurants and bars to spend the evenings.

Please Listen to the host (and now me)... Do not wear your jewellery in the hot springs...the water Will turn it black.... This is My fault, I didn't listen/interpret correctly. Sure it will clean up when i get home... But.....

Excellent location for the hot springs. You can walk there in 10 minutes. Well worth that alone. The springs are fab and free. Staff at Le Cascatelle do not speak much English but they made us very welcome and even got some Italian guests who did speak English to ask if everything is ok. The owner is lovely and gave us a wine tasting (of 3 different ones) before showing us to our room. He also went to get lengths to give us maps in English of other areas to explore - which were lovely. We spent 3 nights and had a lovely time room was big and bed soft.

Breakfast was too sweet for our taste. A lot of cake but that would not stop us from returning
