Le Cetinelle

Struttura molto bella immersa nella natura tra boschi e vigneti. Staff molto cortese e disponibile, colazione abbondante e completa. La camera è molto bella e pulita. Consigliato

Per raggiungerlo ci sono 4 km di strada sterrata che di sera sono scomodi da percorrere.

Il silenzio e la quiete del posto. La posizione panoramica. Firenze è raggiungibile in poco meno di mezzora, Siena in circa 45 minuti. Panorami favolosi soprattutto se decidete di scendere dalla parte di Radda in Chianti, passando così tra gli splendidi vigneti ed oliveti della tenuta di Castello D'albola.

Il tratto sterrato di 4,5 km. Ne eravamo a conoscenza, ma in effetti è un elemento da tenere in considerazione.

Arriving in heavy rain 3 miles up a badly damaged track was stressful

Everything...Simonetta is very welcoming and provided us with some great recommendations while we were there. Le Cetinelle is in a fantastic location, and being 5kms away from Greve means that you're in the quiet and beautiful Tuscan countryside surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast is fantastic. Le Cetinelle is a perfect place to base yourself for exploring the Chianti region. Highly recommended!

This was a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside. I was also located near the walled mtn towns and we visited several using Le Centinelle as our base. Simonetta was a very knowledgable owner/operator and she gave us all kinds of great travel info. I would recommend this to anyone!!

We had a very nice stay here. We wanted to go for cooking class, hose riding class separately but together on wine tasting (!!) during our stay in Chianti. The host had some very good suggestions for us and even draw a schedule for both of us (complex)! Both my husband and I enjoyed our time in Chianti and a lot of the credits go to Simonetta! Be aware that there is about 4 km unpaved road. We drove extremely carefully when we enter the unpaved road, especially at night. So try return to the B&B before day end. Have a good trip!

We were in Italy for 5 weeks and had 5 nights here I am still dreaming of the house It was an absolutely wonderful experience and Simonetta and her husband and dog Tao made the holiday such a wonderful experience would go back tomorrow

There was nothing no to like about Le Centinelle If anyone complains they are very hard to please

Owners were warm, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were Tuscan farmhouse style, clean and spacious. Relaxing, quiet environment, up in the hillls above Greve (charming, some nice restaurants and good Saturday market), lovely views, well kept large grounds with pool and fine as a touring base.

To reach the hotel you need to take a 4 km dirt-road which is not in bad but very bad condition. Very uncomfortable and more importantly very bad for your car. It makes you not want to leave the hotel at night to go out for dinner, because than you would have to take that horrible road up and down again. Therefore I must conclude that the location is unacceptable. breakfast was minimal. Internet connection was unstable: varying between very slow and ok.

accès pas bien indiqué, GPS conseillé, route non goudronné sur 3kms, un peu trop éloigné pour diner en ville le soir mais on peut faire soi même son repas (lèger)sur place le soir en plus il y a d'excellents produits à GREVE en Chianti

Très belle maison en pleine campagne. Grande chambre dans un style rustique. Accueil très agréable de Simonetta et de son mari, petit déjeuner copieux. Cuisine spacieuse pour cuisiner. Si vous voulez être au coeur du Chianti, c'est là qu'il faut aller.

La situation géographique pour visiter la région. La convivialité et l'accueil réservé par Simonetta. Le confort, le soin de la décoration de la demeure et des espaces jardin.

Simonetta is een heel aardige vrouw, die graag bereid is om informatie te geven over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving en de mogelijkheden van parkeren in die plaatsen.Ook de mogelijkheid om eenvoudige maaltijden te bereiden in de gemeenschappelijke keuken en het gebruik van de gemeenschappelijke koelkast is heel prettig. De kamer die wij hadden was heel mooi en ruim en werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Ook het gebruik van de tuin met zitjes was en privacy was heel goed.

Het enige wat ons tegenviel was het ontbijt. Eenvoudig, weinig variatie. De onverharde weg naar het bed & breakfast was ons bekend door de informatie vooraf maar in de praktijk ga je toch niet zomaar even op en neer naar het dorp Greve om bijvoorbeeld boodschappen te doen. Verder zou ik liever wat eerder, 8.00 uur kunnen ontbijten, zeker als je wilt vertrekken.

Es un hotel de agroturismo encantador, con un personal muy amable, te hacen sentir como en tu casa. Muy cómodas las habitaciones y decoradas con mucho gusto. Muy buenas las conecciones para Siena, Florencia y pueblecitos de la zona de Chianti.

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Goede tips voor vrijetijdsbesteding. Engelstalig dus prettig communiceren. Gezamenlijke keuken dus de mogelijkheid om eigen eten te bereiden. Ontmoeting met andere gasten. Fantastische locatie met mooi uitzicht. Zorg voor kamer en welzijn van de gasten.

Very friendly staff and very nice and beutiful place!

Le Cetinelle was in a beautiful location of Greve, surrounded by vineyards. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and fridge to put a few groceries and make ourselves snacks or dinner. The property included a nice pool. Simonetta was very helpful in providing ideas of day trips in the area and ideas for good restaurants. It is a beautiful remote place to get away from the touristic areas!

The location of Le Cetinelle is picturesque, but be aware that it is located of the beaten track and up the hill. It is about a 10-15 minute drive up and done a dirt road to get to the city center.
