Hotel was great
restauarant was expensive and not good and
Relatively low price Very clean and quite comfortable
Location is terrible. Only reasonable for airport access.
It was a lovely hotel created from a ceramic factory. The bedroom was large with a reasonable en suite. The lounge and bar were beautiful and comfortable with lovely pictures and ornaments. The courtyard was a great place to sit and relax.
The location was not good, supposedly it was close to the airport, but it was between there and the city of Naples and cost a huge amount by taxi, the taxi drivers ripped us all off.
nice patio parking closeby (paid though, 10 EUR per night)
bar closes at 11
The facilities are keep in very good conditions and the front desk staff performance is excellent.
Breakfast seems to be inadequate, because in two occasions we went the breakfast room within the hours allocated and it was not nothing available. the cold cuts and fruits were also, unavailable. The male staff (waitress) display some unfriendly attitude when he was asked for coffee.
Naples is not a pretty city, but the hotel was a nice surprise. Our booking was for the wrong date and the hotel was very accomodating and pleasant. Our date was changed with no charge. :-) Friendly staff, clean, the patio was lovely, service was great. We had a wake up call and a cab ready to go. If we ever visit Naples again we would stay with you.
Our shower head was broken. Room 103. One of the reasons we booked was the shuttle to the airport. We were not informed that it was only available weekdays after 9 am. We were quoted 10 euro for a cab ride in an email. We paid 20 euro. The cab ride was rough and the driver not friendly. It may be beneficial to others to know about the shuttle and it would also be benificial if the hotel would organize with a cab company to take their clients to the airport during hours that are not covered by the shuttle.
We requested a quiet room and were given one, facing the courtyard. Good sound insulation, no traffic noise, so we slept well. Very clean room, plenty of space, large comfortable bed, efficient air-conditioning. Convenient for the tram into the city. Close to the airport, free shuttle (on time, 10 minutes to the airport despite rush hour traffic). Would use it again!
Shuttle only available 9-5 weekdays, but many flights likely to be outside these times (ours wasn't). Minor issue - breakfast fine, plenty of choice, but no muesli amongst the cereal options.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were very well appointed and clean. It was supremely quiet too. While we arrived very late after the competition the reception desk made a call to a restaurant down the street and they waited for us to walk down and ordered pizza to go. Very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay. While it was in a very shady neighborhood, they had very secure parking and the hotel was shockingly beautiful once you got off the street.
We stayed here for a kids sports trip. We arrived after dark in Naples and followed the GPS to the hotel site. It was frightening. The hotel is in a very seedy area of town with prostitutes standing on every corner. I was very leery of getting out of the car. You have to walk through a dark alley to get to the hotel. Not a long walk but it is very dark. To say we were surprised by the elegance of the hotel is an understatement.
Could not believe the size of this room it was huge beautifully furnished and very clean...outstanding value for money.. they provided free shuttle to the airport when I asked
no WiFi in the rooms but available downstairs
Excellent hotel for overnight stay after late arrival at airport. Helpful and pleasant staff.
Room too hot and could not adjust air conditioning.
While they r saying that they have service for taking you to and from the airport is a lie. We ask them 2 differents days to take us to the airport, finally said that they cannon because this servise is only between 9-5 and we had to pay 40€ for our transportation from and to the airport. The breakfast was poor for 4 stars hotel. The location is very ugly and the only way to go to the ugliest town I ever gone to my life (naples) is by bus or taxi.
Large spacious room Reasonable restaurant food should you choose to eat dinner at hotel. Staff were kind enough to provide a "take away" breakfast package to accommodate our early departure (6 am) for airport.
Our room had a very strong/unpleasant odour from the air freshning device used, which left us feeling a bit nauseous in the morning when departing. Location has good access to airport, but the surrounding area has little to offer in terms of dining/night life in did not feel very safe to go out at night.
When I booked this hotel. I booked it for there services which was a airport shuttle and wifi and breakfast and a nights stay befor working! I arrived to find they did not provide the airport shuttle on the weekend!! The wifi works in only one room the bar ! And dose not even reach the breakfast room next door!!!! The shower handle was Brocken so did not stay up write. When you are in the Bar using the wifi you are not even offered a drink !! You should ree think how you sell your Hotel!!
We needed a place close to the airport. This was great for our needs. Close, clean, friendly.
No wifi in the rooms.
say there is wi-fi..there is NOT..only in lobby ….refused to give 2 keys to room; said didn't have enough keys….forgot to give us back our passports….saw us struggle thru door with luggage…just watched us. no offer for safety box key…had to run back downstairs !!!….restaurant services…not even pour water ! gave me last glass wine in bottle that must have been open a month!! pure vinegar. rooms very average for a double deluxe…i would swear a 'basic' room. asked for a restaurant to go to….walked 10 minutes and it was a Pizza Parlour with dried out food !!! NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
Lovely hotel but in a difficult neighborhood. For us that was fine as we wanted a hotel near the airport and left the next day for Amalfi. Big comfortable rooms, very classy reception area, nice central porch .Extremely comfortable.
Neighborhood was very bad and no one whose purpose is to visit Naples should stay here.
Rooms were big
Wasn't in a very nice area
The room was very nice, and the hotel itself lovely. There was a power outage due to stormy weather; therefore, we were unable to have lunch in the restaurant, but we did have dinner there, and the food was very good. The staff at the reception desk were friendly.
The hotel was further from the airport than expected and the taxi fare was very high coming from the airport. I was surprised at having a hotel of this quality in an area that was quite run down. There were no places to eat nearby and nothing to do, so once you arrive by taxi, you are either stuck there, or you pay additional taxi fares to go anywhere outside the area of the hotel.
Staff great. Helpful with resolving a local issue and also obtained timely cab. Oasis central courtyard. near airport. m Perfect for our night before our early morning flight
Not a particularly nice neighborhood
the ambience and friendly staff
Hotel was nice, quite traditional
Location in terrible part of Naples
Everything was excellent, on all scores, except location if you want to be near the Historic Center. However, for an early morning flight out of Naples, it was perfect.
Staff and cleanliness
Location. Food 6 out of ten
Very helpful, professional staff; comfortable rooms; nice bar and excellent restaurant; very good breakfast buffet; close to airport.
Removed from city center (but tram is convenient); free airport pickup isn't always available; restaurant closed on Sundays
Its a fairly bih hotel with decently clean rooms
1) Very small Toilet 2)The hotel was literally shut as it was easter Sunday. No restaurant, no hotel staff
