The hotel is like a diamond in a plastic setting; it's beautifully done inside, and my single room had a roof deck outside the door. The restaurant served an excellent meal. This hotel is best for those who mainly plan to arrive, sleep, leave, return and eat late (dinner starts at 7:30/19:30) and go to bed--the working-class residential neighborhood isn't pleasant for a stroll.

The neighborhood is not a place to stroll. The hotel is on a busy street (though trams are convenient for downtown access), surrounded by auto repair places, closed businesses, local baby shops and acres of multi- story working-class laundry-hung apartment buildings. As a stranger, you will be stared at. Airport access is difficult; the "free shuttle" is a private car, often not available (you have to book two days ahead, walk out of the airport onto the street to meet it, and it doesn't run before 9am), and taxi fare is a steep 16euros for a 3km drive. The shower provided an alternating 2-second pulse of scalding and freezing water. Timing was very important.

Great free breakfast included in your stay. Close to the airport (about a 10 minute taxi ride or less). Very friendly staff. Comfortable room.

A/C was not yet turned on at the beginning of May (seems to be fairly common in Italy). Very small shower.

We found the hotel location and the shuttle service convenient for getting from and to the international airport. Hotel reception was welcoming and staff service was excellent at all times. We arrived toward the end of luncheon service and the staff stayed on and served a very delicious lunch - we found the food and dining room excellent. This is an excellent hotel in our estimation - well appointed, quality furnishings and cleanliness, quiet, with a lovely central patio and garden, great dining room and servie throughout. The hotel is also very good value and we recommned it highly,.

The one drawback of the hotel is its location in a rather drab environment. However, as soon as you enter the front door you immediately feel you are entering an oasis with considrable charm.

An old Hotel in a poor location in need of a makeover. Old rooms very noisy AC. Food to a very minimal standard. WiFi a joke.

The place works very smoothly. Clean spacious....but somewhat spartan....excellent internet by cable (free).....excellent value.....can't speak to location because I just wanted to be near the airport....breakfast that was included had decent selection, but no hot food.

It is spartan, but, so reasonably priced that it is a very fair trade off.

Lage

There is nothing not to like at this hotel. While its situated in a not so nice area of the city, the facilities are impressive and you get very penny you spend there. The room is spacious, plenty of storage space, siting area, and free WiFi.

A wonderful experience....very good value for money! It was elegant and very very well fitted as well as beautifully decorated. I will recommend this hotel to all.

I was really disappointed with the hotel and the stuff. In the description free airport shuttle was mentioned. That was the important reason for me to chose this hotel. But just before my arrival they sent me an e-mail that there would me no shuttle, and even no breakfast - because of the time 6-45 am. I tried to book another hotel, but they refused to give back the money for the room. Their e-mails were not polite at all. I understood then how they treat clients in that hotel. I stayed a night, then left. It was my worst experience, and I would not recommend it to anybody.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Good location for ease of getting the the airport.

The location leaves much to be desired. We did not feel comfortable leaving the hotel as the area seems seedy. The hotel front door was locked and only opened when we buzzed in.

It was near to the airport for the day before our departure. The hotel was comfortable and the rooms nice.

The area was not great to walk around in and the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy, otherwise no complaints.

The hotel is very near to the airport and is very well appointed. The rooms are very good and comfortable, with air con. They are also very quiet - we overlooked a small courtyard. We had an evening meal there - the service was very good indeed, and the food was delicious.

The surroundings are not very pleasant for a family - you would not want to walk outside. If you have a car or can get into the city with a taxi, it is fine. But you would not go out locally.

Reality different from description. i booked single room supoused 12sqm and 150 wide bed. reality liliput room, no Space for laptop placement. at request i paid 10€more and got a really big-Nice room, so finally good Experience. Dinner, short menu, but OK Breakfast, Short Variety, but OK Location, probably not the best place in Napoles, but, i did not went out. shuttle to airport, not always available, 16€ taxi to Airport

Very Clean, Good Restuarant

Location:- Very Poor and very dirty part of City. Room:- Fridge didn't work (complaints were ignored!!) Breakfast:- Very poor selection of items to choose from!!

I was very impressed with the modern and clean rooms. My friend and I stayed there twice on our stay in Naples, and each time we got a beautiful room, including a bathroom with a bidet, plus a large handicapped bathroom, ( which we did not need, but was very impressive) The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially our bartender/ waiter, Enzo. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and the spacious lobby sitting area. The cost for all this luxury was very modest.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport, so when our taxi took us to the location of the hotel, we wondered if we had made a mistake, since the street looked rather seedy. However, when we entered the interior of the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised. It was very beautiful and modern, and cool.( outside was very hot) Luckily, we were only staying for the night and did not have to go outside. I would not recommend taking a walk on that street! We were glad we could have dinner in the hotel.The food was served rather late and was somewhat mediocre, compared to the breakfast buffet, but we were happy just to get something to eat.

The shower cabin is too small. I am less than 50 kg and was difficult to enter.
