The location was great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door was very good.

Rooftop terrace was disappointing. Maid left our make-up bags in empty bidet after cleaning bathroom. Ugh.

Shabby entrance (dead plants) and low-budget, motel style reception area. Rome hotels are very expensive. This hotel just needs to be updated & generally cleaned up(primarily common ares) in order to be a good value.

The breakfast table - eggs and cheese were missing - long waiting times for supply. Short af toiletpaper every day.

Dont bother with the two restaurants on each end of the street. Have dinner at cucina ciambella (same place you have breakfast) wonderful wine list reasonably priced and good food. The staff speak a multitude of languages. Wonderful

Our issue was rectified thank you so not worth mentioning.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a little problem with our room, and the concierge gave us no hassles and moved us to another room. I forgot my pajamas, they saved them and have them all wrapped up in a bag when I came to pick them up. They were also helpful with printing out my museum reservations. Oh, the location is closed to all the major sites and good restaurants.

The room was a bit small, and the breakfast was mostly pastry and cereal, or cold ham and cheese. We missed our bacon, eggs, hash brown, pancakes type of breakfast. (Very bad for you food, but we still missed them)

The location was very nice. The room was fine, although the pillows were the worst we've ever slept on. Our stay was nice and the location was close to Pantheon and within walking distance of most major sights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street. They had a nice breakfast with some fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and pastries. We might stay there again.

Our initial room had a large gap in the door, so we asked to be moved, which was readily accommodated. Some noise from neighboring rooms -- thin walls. We could hear people conversing in the next room. The pillows were so hard and flat that it actually affected our sleep, despite being thoroughly exhausted from touring.

Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Highly recommended.

The walls are paper thin but it did not bother us much.

Fantastic location and a gem of a hotel. Super clean, Whirlpool bath and memory foam mattresses! Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast could use some scrambled eggs but other than that there are zero complaints!

Clean, safe, updated. Delicious breakfast each morning. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Made my stay in Rome all the better. I hope to be back soon!
