Die Nähe zu Desenzano und die Lage am See. Die ganzen Appartments sind abgewohnt, besonders in der Dusche gab es Schimmel. Hier wären dringend Investitionen in die Betten/Matratzen notwendig. Auch im Poolbereich wären Anpassungen notwendig. Alles müsste neu gestrichen werden, gereinigt (Spinnweben) und teilweise müsste Mobiliar ersetzt werden.

ligging is zeer gunstig als uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken aan de verschillende grotere steden aan de zuidkant van het Gardameer. Zwembad proper en OK. Bungalows waren zeer teleurstellend: niet gekuisd bij aankomst, zéér klein en onpraktisch ingericht. Keuken zeer primitief: slechts 2 kookpitten, nauwelijks potten en pannen en niet eens voor 4 personen borden, glaswerk en bestek: we hebben dit zelf moeten aankopen. Hebben dit gemeld aan het personeel van de receptie maar er kwam geen reactie. Nauwelijks poetsgerief aanwezig, enkel een emmer en een borstel: ook dit hebben we zelf moeten aankopen ter plaatse. Geen aanrader voor als je van comfort houdt...

Basseng og strand i umiddelbar nærhet var herlig for store og små! Å sove uten aircondition i fem av ti netter var helt pyton... Forkjølelsen ble verre og verre. Fire badehåndklær til fire personer i ti dager holder ikke! Sengene ble aldri skiftet på og leiligheten aldri vasket, æsj.

Hyggeligt område lige ned til Gardasøen. Udsigt fra alle huse. Skønt sted. Vi skal helt sikkert bo der igen.Sørg dog for at få ekstra håndklæder med, da disse ikke bliver skiftet under opholdet. Ingen skift af håndklæderne og ingen rengøring under opholdet.Hvis man ville have nyt håndklæde koster det 10 euro pr. person!
