The location of the hotel is amazing and very convienient as its close to the train station & Duomo. I did not like the attitude of Hotel's staff at Reception and specially at The Concierge. Because of the staff at Concierge we missed to see lot of places they did not guide us well and we were really disappointed. |

The location was the best aspect of this hotel with its proximity to the central station. I would have liked to have had a trouser press provided , and an iron with ironing board to freshen up shirts etc. Tea/coffee making facility was absent and it would have been nice to have had some complimentary water. Buffet breakfast cost is outrageous. |

The location was excellent for getting to and from the Airport - Regular Bus from Central Station to all Airiports.Travel to City and sights was very convenient by Metro, Bus, Tram, Taxi. Very comfortable Bed/Room/Bathroom. Lovely old worlde hotel with great Christmas Tree erected during our stay. Breakfast Buffet well worth the expense (€30 per head) but lots of cheap Cafe's in the square if not too hungry. We did'nt eat in but the Menu looked great. Great bustle about the Square day and night but the Hotel Room was nice & quiet - apart from our neighbours on Fri and Sat nite who had tv very loud all evening - discovered there was an adjoining door which would explain for the noise getting thru. Had a lovely weekend break in this Htl Nothing apart from the noise through the adjoining door in the room. |

Concierge very efficient Reception/Welcome very poor. Breakfast waiter had the account for signing within 2 minutes of sitting down, whilst the espresso took 10 minutes to arrive. |

We just were there for the night before a train ride. It was a nice and convenient location. I did not like the first room they gave us because it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it stunk like smoke so they quickly sent someone up with a different key that was a much better smelling room. |

Perhaps because we stayed in the mini suite on the 5th floor but it was just lovely, the view on the square, the nice bar, silence in the corridors, the ultra comfy beds, the room service bringing breakfast exactly at the time requested, the eggs being cooked just right, the tasty coffee. I could be picky and mention the interiors that are old looking, then again they are in the character of the building so no arm in that. |

The location, just outside Milan central station, was excellent. The door staff and concierge were very helpful with carrying bags, hailing a taxi, etc. The cost of Wifi was exorbitant ... and prohibitive. This was unexpected; freely availabile Wifi would be expected in a hotel of this cailbre. Similarly, food and drink in the hotel were very expensive. |

Very convenient to the Central Train Station from which we departed for northern Italy and to which we returned in order to return back via Malpensa airport to US. High end hotel and we do not usually stay at such high priced hotels but for two nights we could swing it. For us it was very luxurious. |

The room was luxurious, very clean and big, the Milan Central Station was exactly in front of the main entrance which gives you an easy access to the city.I liked the concierge services as well. No, nothing wrong with the hotel, but the city in August is really really hot, even at night, and the original people of Milan has left the city in August to the seaside (they do it every year) which is not the hotel problem anyway. |
