* Very spacious room for 2 adults + child (12 year) * Room at front of hotel was very noisy - asphalt works ongoing at street just in front of the hotel (not informed by the hotel at the check-in) till 02.00. Second night and due to the location at the central station square : lot of noise from motorcycles,etc.... * room cleaning and personnel friendliness : could be much better * buffet breakfast on sunday : kitchen could not follow ->empty plates |

Friendly staff, good location, nice size room No mention was made that there is extreme noise from the tram. The cost for internet useage and bottled water was ridiculous and the most annoyingly memorable thing from the entire stay....just stupid. Minor repairs would have made the room look cleaner and better maintained. |

staff communication poor, hotel was half empty- got a room to the fire escape-no windows! prices tragic- room service food was terrible! shame on meridien to keep such a hotel! the worst experience ever!!!! will never return!!!! they r just playing on the meridien name to attract customers!! staff- terrible! |

This hotel might have been a 5 star hotel 20 years ago but now it is not. The furniture is old and broken, the hotel is noisy (Trams around the clock) and entrance door was rotating the standards doors were closed. |
