The hotel was comfortable and clean although the pictures did not reflect the room we were given The hotel was further away from Arona then we expected (about 4km) with no footpath, along a busy main road. We walked so far then returned to get the car. |

The Hotel is very comfort . It is situated very near to Malpensa Airport and if you have morning flight it is very convience for trip to airport The room is not big but designed very good and all furniture and accessories are new and clean. The room was cleaned every morning and all towels were changed each day. The breakfast is good ( some kinds of serials and milk , 2-3 types of cheese and salamy and alot of bakery, tea and machine fresh prepared coffe according your order). The stuff is very nice and each person tries to help. |

It was fine, the location albeit near Lake Maggioire it is hard to access the lake as the lakeside is dominated by campsites. There is really nothing local to the hotel other than a couple of eateries and a really good supermarket. The rooms are ok, but paying for wireless access is a real negative. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really good. Breakfast a major disappointment, we came down at 9.00am (breakfast is 'till 10), all the croissants had gone and there was very little else. Staff unhelpful. |

The hotel is 5mins drive from Arona and 45mins to Stresa. Arona is quite a nice lake side resort. It serves as a usefull base to see Lake Maggiore. It is an hours drive to Lake Como. The hotel has free parking. The wifi was reasonablly priced at 5euro per day. Unlike some of the other reviewers I did not find the breakfast that great. It was normal and served the purpose. |

The location was suitible for our needs (a family vecation to the lake area), the rate was fair. yes. small rooms, poor breakfast with unfresh bread, our 2 rooms on the 3rd room were very hot ,uneffective aircondition, uncomfortable beds. |

Adequate breakfast, associated with a good restaurant, not too far from Arona ferry terminal. Staff friendly and helpful. Only negative point was that it was on the web site as being in Arona - which it wasn't. |

Being close to Lago Maggiore was a big plus--such beauty! The shower drain did not work at all--flooded the bathroom, into the bedroom area and even into the hallway. |
