Le Plejadi  

Castellamare del golfo is the totally not the best idea to stay due to its noisy and not relaxing atmosphere. The apartments itself are the same - you are live in the venter of the city and hear all of the city noise (especially very loud scooters) and feel the city smell. we were double unlucky and received the room which had windows to the both sides of the street, so we also hear the noise from the street-bar. Please note-that ground floor apartments doesn't have the balcony. So, the value/money is not so terrible because you not spend much money. But if you want really charming and relaxing holiday please try another place, may be Scopello, San vito, etc.

The location of Le Plejadi is fantastic! It is a great starting point for exploring western Sicily. Bruno was extremely accomodating and offered a lot of advise on what sites to see in the area. The apartment was wonderful. The accommodations were so nice that we opted to extend our stay by a few nights. This place is top notch!

Parking can be tricky.. But that is the reality of Sicily.

One of the Staff went out of his way to help us as we got stuck in Trapani with no bus on Mayday, then he printed timetables for the bus as we were going to a few different places the next day. Nice town, not for shopping, just the harbour area and castle. We were there a little early in the year but it would be far too busy in the summer.

Todo estuvo perfecto, los apartamentos estaban nuevos, amplios y bien dotados de utensilios de cocina.

Quizá y por decir algo, que cuando llegamos tuvimos que llamar por teléfono, ya que recepción estaba cerrado y esperamos en la calle diez minutos hasta que llego el recepcionista y nos entrego las llaves.

Monolocale con arredamento caldo e moderno; ambiente funzionale e accogliente! Davvero un ottima soluzione per essere indipendenti nella gestione di una vacanza o weekend break! Facile da raggiungere e posizione strategica vicina a supermarket e altri negozi utili!

Bardzo miła obsługa, dobra lokalizacji, problem z WiFi które nie zawsze działało na najwyższym piętrze.

Posizione centrale comoda per chi non ha auto, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella dependance e ci siamo trovati bene. Comodo,pulito e di recente ristrutturazione, parcheggio proprio sottocasa, tranquillita' e comodita'. Direi ottima scelta anche per famiglia con bambino.

Cortesia, disponibilità e ambienti.

Abitazione in ottime condizioni. Ho alloggiato nella depandance un pò distante dalla sede centrale della struttura)

Mancanza di una veranda e ubicazione a piano terra (l'interno della stanza era visibile dalla strada)

L'accueil par Bruno a été très bon. Il nous a donné des informations utiles pour notre séjour, notamment les horaires de bus pour aller à Ségeste, Scopello, Zingaro... La chambre que nous occupions était située à 800m de l'hôtel, en rez-de-chaussée donc directement sur la rue, face à l'église (carillons à partir de 7h du matin). Pas de balcon, ni de possibilité d'étendre du linge. Quand on ouvre la porte, les passants voient tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre. Nous avons accroché un tissu pour pouvoir ouvrir la porte en conservant un peu d'intimité. Chambre en très bon état, très propre. Installations suffisantes pour un séjour à 2 en toute simplicité. Le très petit coin cuisine est dans la chambre.

Nous sommes restés une semaine (7 nuits). Le ménage n'a pas été fait, seul le linge de toilette a été changé. Normalement l'hôtel devait retirer le montant de notre séjour dès réservation (not refundable). En réalité, il ne l'a pas fait. Bizarrement à notre départ, quand nous sommes allés à l'hôtel pour régler, la femme de ménage nous a dit que la machine à carte ne marchait pas et que nous devions retirer 420€ au Bancomat. Nous avons refusé et demandé Bruno. Une autre dame nous a expliqué que nous devions retiré la somme en espèces. Nous avons encore attendu Bruno. Quand Bruno est arrivé, il a expliqué que la machine à carte ne marchait pas toujours, nous lui avons demandé d'essayer quand même. Tout a bien marché...

Struttura rinnovata di recente, ordinata e dotata di tutti I confort. Pesonale gentile e disponibile.

La stanza affacciava su una strada abbastanza trafficata, e il passaggio di motorini e macchine ci costringeva a tener chiuse le finestre.
