place, area surrounding, very calm yes, i checked out at 5.30 to the airport, and i asked the man at the information desk to have a coffee, but he said no. i think it was so bad, even if the breakfast starts at 6, as i already paid for it. |

Price/quality, daily cleaning, adequately comfort. Personnel must study English. Somebody speaks a little bit. Sometime it's difficult to explain simple things and anybody can't understand you. |

nice and clean rooms no hot water for making a bath, reception staff couldn't speak english, paid extra for breakfast and charged us for taking with us some croissants!! lots of stairs to get to our room, no elevator! |

The room was really spacious, and it was clean and cheap It was quite a long way from the center of Milan and there was no elevator, which is a bit tricky, especially if you have a lot of baggage. The receptionist didn't speak English so it was quite hard to communicate with him. But it was really nice for the price we paid. |

They did not speak any English - and they did not accept any cards. Not huge problems - just nice to know. |

Dieses Mal war ich schwer enttäuscht. Dreibettzimmer, Duschkabine defekt, Stromausfall wegen Gewitters, zerschlissene Handtücher. In der Früh dritter Stock, stockdunkle Treppe hinunter getastet, um vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen. Erst nach längeren rütteln wurde von Rezebtionsseite geöffnet, fast ein bißchen Gespenstisch. Ich danke das war nicht der Tag dieses Hotels, hab es schon wesentlich besser erlebt. |

Absolut korrekt im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer sehr sauber, kein Straßenlärm, 24 Stunden Rezeption man kann auch spät kommen. Frühstück sollte man dort auslassen, bis auf den Kaffee und den Saftautomaten ist nichts brauchbar. |

Dreibettzimmer war sehr ordentlich, jeden Tag neue Handtücher. Angenehm auch die ruhige Lage. Die bereits über andere Kommentare bekannte Nicht-Englischkenntnisse der Mitarbeiter ist eigentlich kein Problem, irgendwie klappt die notwendige Kommunikation immer. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Für Mitteleuropäer erscheint das angebotene - wohl typisch italienische - Frühstück etwas dürftig. |

solo la posizione in cui è ubicato l'hotel L'ospitalità non è proprio di casa...non mi è piaciuta la telefonata, alquanto intimidatoria e sgarbata, per sollecitarci a liberare la camera, erano appena trascorsi 10 minuti rispetto l'ora del check-out. Il televisore è troppo in alto, si fa fatica a guardare la tv, non c'era nemmeno il telecomando. |

Cet hôtel est bien situé, dans une rue calme, peu fréquentée, et proche du métro. Je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre fumeur, c'était extrêmement désagréable. J'ai demandé à changé, et le patron a été d'une grande mauvaise foi, prétendant que TOUTES le chambres étaient pareilles. Ce n'était pas vrai, puisqu'il m'en a donné une autre, non-fumeur celle-ci...Quant au petit-déjeuner pour 4 euros, c'est une arnaque totale. Dommage |
