They first told me that it was only possible to pay cash. I insisted, so they allow me to use my credit card. "A special favor", according to them. So bad.
people really friendly
too hot without air con, if requested really loud! no internet! need some new paint on the walls..
Well the price was fair enough for place to stay. takes 5-10 min to metro. room is standard size. shower.
wi-fi fee. considering that in Milano to get wi-fi you need to register and we didnt have phone that we could get msg to, so we did want it at least in the hotel. first when entered the room smelled not fresh. after opening window it all was fine soon,.
The location, the price, the staff, the breakfast. I was traveling for business, I just needed a place to sleep. The staff is relatively friendly. The location was OK for me, since I was attending an event in a 5 star hotel nearby, but for tourism, it's quite far from the center. Overall, I was satisfied.
Wifi could be less expensive or free (we are in Europe in 2014). A good connexion costs around 50 euros per month, so why 5 euros per day per room? We hear the sound from other rooms, fortunately, there were very few customers and not too noisy. But I can imagine that it could be worse. Even though overall it was a good experience.
location is OK,near metro station, clean and quiet
The hotel ilooks recently renewed, the room are clean and the furniture quite New. The Hotel le Quercia is located into an old building that develops on several stores with deep stairs and no lift. There are just two/three rooms every floor so it can happen that you have to climb a lot before reaching the room. The room I was assigned was the #7 and it was .more or less, at the third floor. It was very tiny but clean. All considered the price I paid, 50 euros per night, was fair. What is unbelievable is that for wi-fi connection you have to pay extra 5 euros per day. During my permanence at the hotel,I did not like the behavior of the masculine receptionist who, when I complained about the price of the Wi-Fi aggressively replayied that if I didn't like it I could change hotel,
You shoul extract what I didn't" t like from what I did like
