Le Residenze Di Sant'Elmo

How close we were within walking distance to beautiful beaches and walks. We wanted a quite family xmas break away frm the hustle & bustle~thats exactly what we got. Can imagine its just as beautiful in the summer season.

We stayed in low season, so the place was quiet and that is what we liked. The appartment was nice, clean and spacious with great view from balcony. The staff was friendly and caring.

I was only slightly disappointed by the charge for bed sheets and towels. 22 EUR per person, which seem to me fairly high. Otherwise no complaints.

It is definitely great value for money. The sea is in front of the apartments and if you get the balcony with sea view it's wonderful in the morning. The kitchen is very well equippet for cooking, rooms are comfortable and big enought. Personal was kind to wait for us longer than the expected check in time since we got lost in the way from Cagliari airport to the hotel. (It is about 1h15).

They charge 22 eur, for linen and towels per person, not per bed. I consider the price to be excesive since those things are not new and laundry wouldn´t be more than 7 eur. Plus, linen for a double bed is charge with 44 eur, which is excesive. Definitely worth to take your own.

Residence curatissimo esternamente

Il monolocale prenotato non consentiva un ricambio d'aria interna, perché stretto e lungo, con una sola apertura (porta/finestra d'ingresso) sulla parte stretta. La "camera" separata senza finestre era soffocante...

Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ruhige Lage, verschiedene Traumstrände in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Ansprechende Ferienanlage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit.

Grillplätze sind zu nahe an den Terrassen der Nachbarn und können zu Immissionen führen. Im Oktober ist leider das Restaurant schon geschlossen.

La situation géographique près des plages de Sant'Elmo, plages de sable fin sans mauvaises surprises, libres ou aménagées de transats et parasols. L'architecture générale de ce complexe immobilier est très bien intégrée dans de beaux jardins,calme. Tous les appartements sont très bien équipés et le supermarché Sigma, juste à côté, présente un choix de produits sardes très frais d'excellentes qualité, De vraies vacances.

Wonderful place for great value. Big studio, patio, yard, and close to the best beaches. Staff outstanding.

Tranquillita, prossimita della spiaggia

Il posto è bellissimo e rilassante stavamo quasi per disdire le vacanze di Agosto all'Isola D'Elba per ritornare in questo splendido residence.

I proprietari degli appartamenti dovrebbero investire anche solo una cifretta di 50€ per appartamento, in modo da ripagare a pieno per tutta la stagione, un incaricato che si occupi di pulire e mantenere in sesto la caletta subito attaccata al residence, così da evitare che si accumulino le alghe. Non credo proprio che 50€ possano incidere sul baget dell'anno oppure creare problemi economici a chi è proprietario di quelle casette. A quanto pare però a sentire chi di dovere, ci sono adirittura proprietari che fanno storie a tirar fuori 2€ per la chiave di un cancelletto. La cifre investita per la manutenzione della spiaggia la possono tranquillamente ricuperare dagli affitti.

Przyjazna obsługa, dobre miejsce wypadowe, jak również do spędzenia paru dni nad brzegiem morza. Poza sezonem warto pomyśleć wcześniej o zakupach. Najbliższy sklep spożywczy oddalony o paręnaście kilometrów.

L'appartamento è a 3 minuti dalla spiaggia ed ha una bella veranda dove far colazione e cenare la sera. Il parcheggio è privato e la zona si trova a pochi minuti da ogni tipo di servizio.

Il frigorifero e lo scaldabagno sono parecchio rumorosi, al punto da svegliarci la notte. Le scale che portano all'appartamento, possono scoraggiare chi ha difficoltà in questo senso.

Die hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende art des personals´´ sprechen gut deutsch. ansosnsten sehr sehr einsam gelegen keine geschäfte um die ecke zum einkaufen.geschweige linienbusse um ein wenig die umgebung zu erkunden. inneneinrichtung des kleinen häuschens´´ wernn keine ansprüche vorhanden... okay, außer die betten waren sehr schlecht von den beschmutzten matratzen (anscheinend urin) ganz zu schweigen. war dort mit meiner 16 jährigen enkeltochter...sie sagt ebenfalls die viel beliebte costa rei... strand schmutzig nicht empfehlenswert...

Unterkunft betten sehr schlecht... Matratzen stark beschmutzt urin U.S.W. übel riechend.... Vorgarten ungepflegt gartenliegen ohne auflagen und sehr dreckig... Diese unterkunft kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. Hingegen das personal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

It was in the country side. Lots of wide open spaces. Need a car though. We went end of October. Everything was closed only two restaurants open in Costa Rei, although very nice had the whole beach to ourselves. Lovely beach walks. Apartment was large and well catered for cooking, which we had to do a couple of times. We never saw a maid which is usual for the time of year not a problem though. Lovely patio with views to die for of the coast.

You had to pay 40.00 euro for bed linen and towels. So we took old ones and left them. Could do with a welcome pack in room to tell you where things are a little map maybe.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber :(

Eine ideale sehr ruhige und schöne Anlage für Eltern mit Kindern oder auch Paare. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das steht leider nicht im Expose Ein Auto ist aber Pflicht, da man sonst in der Vorsaison nicht mal einen Supermarkt oder ein Restaurant besuchen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
