Design,very clean, location, and friendliness of staff, convenient parking

I had the lowest level option, a 'basic' room which was very noisy, being next to gym with weights crashing to the floor for most of the evening. Also the word 'suite' implies more than one room which clearly this was not. but an excellent hotel nonetheless,

Location is very good, staff is friendly, spa-center is comfortable.

I enjoyed the location and the ammenities in the room.

The price of the spa seemed to be a little pricey, but it may be about the average for a spa.

We enjoy a great breakfast, good design (inside, outside) in public places, on the rooms.

We rested in the class room junior suite, the room is small and cramped for this class and the cost. A bathroom is very small, to use not convenient. On arrival it was clear why the information about the area or room where not available (or in booking.com or on the hotel's website.) There is a feeling that thinking about usability forgotten at all. An materials and furniture is cheap and old ones. We were extremely surprised at the hotel itself on 4 stars are using furniture from ikea, with it is that you take for 1 season and kick, but at this hotel it is not thrown out, but leave the next season, because of this there is a sense of carelessness and oldness (one chair collapsed under me right). Probably the first and second year with the opening of this hotel really was not bad, but it is now obvious that the owners uses previous high scores and squeeze the maximum money from tourists or what not investing. More in this hotel is not going till to update it.

The hotel was ok! Not better than all other hotels in the area, but at least two three times more expensive.

The staff were not too professional. The room size and quality were far from the expectations.

building is showing some wear, some loud guests in nearby rooms with boom-boxes

Second time I have stayed there. First trip was on my own, second time was wiith my two children. Loved it both times. Staff if friendly, speak multiple languages and very helpful. Rooms are a good size and clean. Easy access to the beach and good pool area.

Luca, at reception was very helpful. On departure out hire car had a flat battery, in 10 minutes he organised jumper leads & a hotel employee to assist us.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were given an excellent service, up till our departure. I had booked a suite, with kitchen facility, and although it was very nice, I felt it was rather basic looking for the price of the room €180 is rather a lot. Very nice breakfast, and from 6pm in the evening, if you have a drink at the bar, they offer all sorts of snacks/mini sandwishes free of charge - very nice. Day at the spa for €15 is excellent. Defenately would recommend

- need to take a cab from the main station (~15 Euros) - nice spa facilities - room with kitchen in our case - for 110 Eur/night it was nice

- the shower has a tendancy of leaking through the bottom .. we asked to change room and after 1h we've been told it was the same in all the rooms ...

La situation de l'hotel sur le front de mer. Hotel à taille humaine par rapport aux autres hotels voisins. Le confort et la propreté de l'établissement. Son SPA et sa piscine chauffée extérieur.

il prezzo del soggiorno è troppo alto rispetto al servizio offerto. Assurdo popi pagare il parcheggio interno che tra l'altro non è custodito!!!!

Colazione ottima.

Sorpresa: dal 25 aprile il parcheggio é a pagamento (8 euro)! Camera con vetrata incrinata (lo staff non ne era particolarmente a conoscenza) Staff poco disponibile ad alcune nostre richieste La camera era stata rifatta da troppo tempo Nonostante avessimo una bimba piccola, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade su una stanza per 4 adulti

Il centro benessere veramente rilassante e d'effetto, non mancava niente: piscina riscaldata esterna con idromassaggio e getti, percorso al coperto con piscina bagno turco sauna sala relax. Veramente ottimo!!! Lo consigliamo a tuttii!!! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente sopra la media!!!

L'unica cosa forse che si può dire "negativa" è la sistemazione della sala colazioni adiacente alla reception, senza niente che le distinguesse.

Direi perfetto! Tutto pulito struttura bellissima e moderna colazione ottima! E centro benessere fantastico!

Hotel ristrutturato da poco.Zona relax molto bella e staff gentilissimo!consigliato

Piscina riscaldata

- mancanza di pulizia - camere non in linea con le foto - degrado dell'arredamento e dei sanitari (muffa ovunque) - mancanza di professionalità di alcuni elementi dello staff - costi esagerati rispetto al servizio offerto

La spa e tutti i confort offerti e la posizione

Le stanze sono un po sacrificate

La cortesia del personale è stata impeccabile. Era l'unico hotel con piscina esterna riscaldata (aperta) ed è stato davvero piacevole usufruirne. La colazione è speciale, con dolcetti freschi e deliziosi, e pertanto apprezzata!
