Score from 509 reviews Very good
Very secure, quiet, comfortable, owner very helpful and friendly. Great wine bar on the corner- 'Bonazzi' great for breakfast, lunch and apertivo.
Excellent location in a splendid palazzio
Little bit noisy, stringent cancellation policy
We got a suite because we asked separated beds
The bathroom small and a litle oldfashioned. Nice pool but not very clean obvious hardly used
A warm welcome from Carla - centrally located - very comfortable and quiet. The apartment was well equipped and the furnishing were of a very high quality. Thank you to Carla for the hearty farewell and for her warmth and generosity.
Location. Loft bedroom with very comfortable bed and lovely touches throughout. Problem with TV was fixed immediately.
No lounge in our apartment, just 2 quite uncomfortable chairs
The snacks left for breakfast
IMPOSSIBLE to find.. No number & NO sign. Off the street, 2 entrances which was confusing as we phoned 3 times before it was discovered we were at the wrong entrance!!! A/C was new but dodgy. very noisy as our room Was the nearest to a busy road.
Beautiful old townhouse, spacious, well equipped room. Friendly and helpfull staff.
We had a room on the street side, a bit noisy if you want sleep with open windows.
The location was fabulous right in the old town. The apartment was on the ground floor at the entrance. The bedroom was a generous size. There was a welcome basket of assorted biscuits, teas, jams, etc. The owner was welcoming and helpful.
The kitchen was minimal, cooking wasn't encouraged. The electric kettle barely reached the power point, the 2 hot plates were old and inefficient, no extractor, minimal pots ,pans, crockery etc. , and cleaning products. The bathroom was modern and well supplied, but the shower was quite small .
It is a quirkie hotel but once you adapt to that its very comfortable and a great location. Its nice to have some cooking facilities and ingredients for a light breakfast had been generously provided.
It is difficult to find as the sign is about the size of an envelope. Being alone the entrance was also a bit "spooky". But once installed I felt safe and it was very quiet.
Carla our host was excellent. It was a home away from home.
No dislikes at all.
Carla was lovely. Our room had very pleasant views. The apartment was charmingly decorated in a tasteful, non-fussy way. V close to all we wanted.
Maybe fresh towels would have been good. Our stay was 3 nights/4 days so I can understand that was maybe on the edge of necessary replacement but when you are travelling fresh is appreciated. I think it would also have been good if maybe at least on each 2nd day someone swept and removed garbage.
The location of this hotel in the old town is excellent. The view from our windows was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The amount of space in the rooms was wonderful.
Poor layout in the bathroom made using the toilet problematic.
The apartments are in an ancient building ,which is in the centre of the city, with easy access to everything, but very quiet. We were given a very warm welcome by Carla and her daughter, and the apartment was comfortable ,clean and secure.Le Stanze offers the perfect base for the discovery of the beautiful city of Perugia.
The apartment was very well located in the medieval city centre. Our room had a wonderful view over the valley below. Carla, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. A complimentary tray of bottled water and small snacks on arrival was appreciated after a long train trip. Although we did not cook there, the kitchen facilities were useful for making our own breakfasts. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment very clean. It was well located for shops, restaurants, and public transport to local train and bus stations. Highly recommended.
Nicely furnished and a pleasant atmosphere. Great location in city centre. Kitchen available great for longer stays
Parking at extra cost. Possibly better snacks for breakfast.
Wonderful stay, very friendly and knowledgeable staff who made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived. Impressive medieval building in a fantastic location just 2-3 minutes from Piazza Italia and the bus stop for the airport. Another unforgettable trip to Italy.
Staff are the owners and absolutely delightful, the conversion of a "palazzo" inhabited by Galileo to very thoughtfully converted accommodation making our stay in Perugia, perfect. Thank you for a fabulous stay.
The location was perfect. The building has been tastefully restored. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, although it is difficult to locate - look in the little alley to find the doorbell to this historic palazzo. The owners seemed new in the hospitality business, but they are trying hard. There were electrical issues with the cooktop, but they accommodated us with use of another kitchen. The apartment was a nice size, and we would definitely stay there again.
The furnishings were old and saggy, both the bed and the chairs.
Central Location was great, friendly owners, clean
Extremely hard to find. No signage to accom.had to drive in narrow streets 3 times before having to call owner for directions. Shower small, minor things like sugar or milk not left for guests. Had to buy box of sugar to have morn coffee. Wifi very hit and miss.
Great location directly in the city center, clean, quiet and well equipped apartment, Alessia is very kind.
It is maybe better to leave your car outside of the citycenter as all the streets there are very narrow and it is not easy to find a public parking space. This is not a criticism, just a fact.
The location is excellent, very close to everything and walk distance to center. The apartments are new, they are well equipped and very clean. The host Alessia is very nice and available. The hotel it's very close to the part of the city where you can park with the car without entering inside the old city center. We definitely recommend it.
They just opened so i guess it's a work in progress. Plus the staff is very open for suggestions. No air conditioning but you can ask for a fan for the night if it s necessary. We had a little problem with the noise of the street but I guess that was due to the fact that it was summer and we had to keep the window open because we forgot to ask for a fan.
