My boyfriend and I stayed at this small hotel for 4 nights and everything was perfect. To begin with our flight was late which meant we arrived long after check in had ended. The very kind owner waited for us to arrive and was friendly on arrival. The room was beautiful and the shower was amazing. Although looking out onto a busy street, the windows and black-out blind ensured we had a peaceful night sleep and hardly heard any traffic. The breakfast was tasty, a mixture of home made cake, croissants, bread, ham, cheese and other tasty treats. The lady who met u in the morning and was there to help was very friendly. Lastly the location was brilliant. Very near to the Vatican and in walking distance to everything. We like walking so did not use the metro much, however the metro station is very near by should you need it. Also, test out the two nearest restaurants, they're great! Definitely recommend this boutique hotel. Good value for money and would love to return again sometime.
Beatifull and confortable rooms. Good location and helpfull staff
The breakfast should be improved
Room was beautifully decorated and amenities were well designed. Position was close to the Vatican City but also not too far from many of Rome's other main attractions. Breakfast was adequate and coffee made to order. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed some very quiet nights sleep. It was wonderful to also have a lift to get to the accommodation.
Lovely, small charming B&b. Great location, out of the tourist part. Also great for visiting Vatican - 10 minutes walk. Close to metro and bus stop - direct bus to and from airport.
Very good location in a rather tourist free neighbourhood, but in walking distance to the main attractions. Beautiful rooms, good service and a great choice in the rather expensive hotel city that Rome is. Will definitely come back!
Customer service All the expectations were achieved and beyond... Great place
Breakfast options especially was we explained at booking we are veggies - limited options Finding the BnB was very difficult - not easy to find
The lady who was taking care of breakfast and was responsible for cleaning the room was very kind and helpful. Apart from that, it is a quite okay B＆B. Nothing really special, but it fitted our basic needs for this trip. Close to the Vatican, 10 minutes walk from the metro and with plenty of buses towards the other side of the river.
The owners were rarely there, which made us feel a bit left alone. When you are a tourist in the city, you sometimes need help from the front desk; most of the times there was no one around. Once again, nothing special as a hotel. Quite average, old building, renovated but not with the best quality of furniture. If it is more expensive, I guess we would not consider booking there again. All in all: okay but nothing special.
This b&b is a really good option for those who wish to have an independent stay in Rome. The b&b is in a really good location, very easy to find and decorated very nicely. We had a little mix up with the room - busy period in Rome (Easter) and had to swap rooms after 1 night. This wasn't a big deal as the room we were moved was actually bigger. It was hassle free. We visit Rome a couple of times a year and stay in different b&bs in Prati, we found the staff really helpful and really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this b&b.
Room was great. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Very polite and helpful staff. The area has many shops, bars and restaurants. Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza del Popolo are all within walking distance. Lepanto Metro station is also very close.
No bar area
Great great location, close by Vatican and Piazza del Popolo.Very clean room, but a little small.
Not so much to complain about it, except the breakfast which we had it at a pastry near the hotel.
Had a great stay. Location is excellent near Vatican area. Place is clean, comfortable and very private....would definitely recommend.
Breakfast a bit poor.....but they give you vouchers for the bar on Sunday or if you have an early flight
Wonderful staff, very friendly; not available 24/7, however, flexible in arrival times and provide you with a number for emergencies. Very good place if you need to have a comfortable room and do not require room service in the middle of the night. Excellent location: 10-15 minutes walk to Vatican, walking distance to other beautiful sites in the center of Rome (metro stop is very close as well). A Sitbus shuttle bus from/to Fumichino airport stops very close, up to 5 minutes (medium walking pace) from the B&B. Has some good places for eating in the neighbourhood.
A bit confusing to find, but not a big deal once you know it's hidden behind huge doors in large apartment building. Breakfast is rather basic.
Nice and comfortable rooms! Very nice area not far from the metro and very close to Vatican. Very friendly and nice stuff!! Very good choise for Rome
The location of the hotel was superb, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay in Rome and I would recommend this as a base for anyone wanting to explore the entire city, most landmarks can be reached easily on foot from here.
friendly and helpful owners and staff (including prompt responses to my email enquiries before arrival). clean and well-maintained. great breakfast. location convenient for walking to popular tourist sites.
