Very central Spacious comfortable room Very tasteful Nice breakfast served in room Excellent staff
The location is perfect. The breakfast was served in the room which is conenient and romantic..
Great location. Good breakfast. Offered a discount in recognition of problems with the room.
Wi-fi not working. Basic room is next to the office which was very noisy in the morning (ie before 8am). I would suggest paying more to stay in a non-basic room. I'm afraid I cannot recommend the basic room.
Incredible personalize attention. Great !!!!
It was a very good experience
No official reception no room service and no easy access.
The welcome and care from Kristina and Luisa was warm and genuine. The location in the centre of Verona was excellent with the proximity to Jullietta's balcony radiating romanticism!! The service and breakfast couldn't have been better. We would strongly recommend our friends to share the great experience.
For a longer stay more storage and cupboard space for clothes would be useful.
I loved the location, furnishings, breakfast, cleanliness and modern/updated suite. Also loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
The air conditioning was blowing on my head, so it was quite cold.
The enthusiastic and positive attitude of the staff was outstanding. Add a spacious well appointed suite overlooking the "famed" balcony a minutes walk from Piazza Delle Erbe. Outstanding. I'll be back.
If you are looking for the full service option with concierge etc you will be disappointed. As there are only a handful of suites the staff are on hand for check in and out and breakfast. You can contact them by phone but it won't suit those who are looking for someone to speak with 24/7.
This Hotel let us feel completely comfortable and rounded perfectly the weekend of our visit to Verona
The staff were great, the room was large and the location is perfect
The "lounge room" area could be furnished better. The 2 chairs were a bit awkward, a lounge would be better, and the dinning table was a bit difficult to eat off.
The staff were very welcoming. The room was perfect: it felt luxurious, calm and it was very clean. Every little thing has been thought of in the decoration and in making guests feel comfortable. Right in the centre of things!
Nothing I can think of
Brilliant location Friendly staff Views of the balcony Walking distance to all sights and restaurants and bars Quiet and private so you feel like you're in your own apartments
Staff went out of their way to please in every way, highly recommended
Minor issues, the safe is not fixed and you can easily walk out with it, a hairdryer is provided but there is no suitable electric point near a mirror to be able to use it.
The location was perfect,
The room was basic we where informed we had a new suite but it was a bedroom and bathroom which in part was dark and shower very poor. The entrance to the room was through another ante room which breakfast was prepared. The first morning was ok but the second a lot of noise from the kitchen, on the preparation . We found it a bit odd to have to pass through this room. I would stay again but not in this room and would have liked to have seen the other rooms, but would be concerned as this room was basic.
This was one of the most beautiful, breathtaking and romantic stays! The staff were exceptional; so polite, helpful and friendly, and even arranged extra special gifts to celebrate a birthday. The room; incredible. Spacious, good value for money, the view of Juliet's balcony was worth every penny, there was a performance underneath our room that just added to the verona experience. The bathroom/shower was great! Clean, modern, with a romantic twist. All the extra touches just added to its charm. Perfect location- just outside Piazza Erbe which is great for food, drinks and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will return.
Nothing it was perfect.
We liked everything: location, room design, the building. Luisa and Christina were great and took good care of us. Is a perfect place for a romantic couple
Beautiful little room, Juliettes balcony just outside (a little unnerving at times due to the number of tourists! Easily shut out with shutters, or curtains). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Short walk to the Arena (10 mins). Breakfast in the room was a lovely touch!
Quite subtle signage.
Excellent service and staff. Very romantic! Perfect breakfast served in your room! Totally recommend.
View over Juliet's balcony
The room was extortionately overpriced. We paid 320 euros for a night. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we'd have only had one. We got married Saturday so stayed that night for the view of Juliet's balcony. Couldn't believe there were two single mattresses pushed together as one. There are no curtains, just very light ivory voile panels, so it was too light. We were woken very early, around 5am and could not get back to sleep. Breakfast was extremely disappointing; 2 croissants and 2 yoghurts (different flavours). First morning we were given an old orange and apple, which had clearly been sitting around for weeks. For the money paid we expected much better than this. We got better choice and much more quantity at the first hotel we stayed at: Casa Perri. Couldn't get the air conditioning to work and there was no room to leave our things. Would not go back or recommend. You pay for the view, and to be honest, how much time do you spend in your room looking out of the window?!! Totally overpriced and on reflection we wish we'd not wasted our money.
The position, the amenities and the staff made Verona a very enjoyable experience. The staff from the owner down went out of their way to make my wife and I feel very special.
Bathrooms are in fact shower rooms. Need to be specific when booking if you require bathtub.
The location is good, the Balcony is seen right from the window.
Very-very romantic, too much. Small bed. They did not give us a baby cot. Poor breakfast. Very noisy, because of the Balcony. Too expensive.
I would find it hard to find any fault with the suite and experience. Verona is a wonderful romantic city and the service and apartment only added to our enjoyable trip. I must say Luisa and Katarina were exemplary and no request was too much hassle.
The apartment was a little pricey but you pay for the added individual service and location. You will not find better.
Got an amazing welcome from Kristina and Louisa...so central, just off piazza erbe...there were rose petals on our bed and as it was my boyfriends birthday they surprised us with a bottle of prosecco to the room. We stayed in the smaller room and this had everything you could want but Kristina gave me a tour of the suites..out of this world..I'm definitely going back and booking juliets suite next time..breakfast was delivered to the room the next morning and was perfect.. If you want to feel special stay here you won't be disappointed...
