Very hard to find anything good to write about. After 2 months in Europe this is the worst we have stayed at. Cold shower and I mean COLD. Reception had hot water but not the rooms and no one did anything about it. Would not recommend. Decided against breakfast after noticing the bread and cakes were the same that were there the night before.

The Hotel is well situated close to the harbour and train station. Our room was large and spacious with a good sized bathroom. The hotel was clean and good value for money for an overnight stay. Breakfast was sufficient and well laid out. Excellent pizzeria restaurant downstairs with lovely friendly staff. The staff seemed unprepared and finding our room was not easy. A simple building plan would have assisted us with this very easily. No English is spoken or understood.

I didn't like anything. The hotel is far away of any tourist spot. You have to take 2 buses and one metro to get to downtown. Nobody in the staff speaks or understand English. There's no parking. There's no Internet in the rooms. The pillows are hard as briks. The breakfast is really bad. The city is very poor and messy: don't go to Genova.

Was welcomed by staff!!! Room was large, comfortable and clean. Go wifi internet. Walking distance to the Port and not an issue to get to the main part of the City, which is amazing!!! breakfast, all I needed!! close to train station ( walking distance with 20 kg pack) Thanks! I will be back Didnt like that after hours having to get in by a back enterance. Maybe that was because my key broke off in the lock and was a bit stuck, thankfully it wasnt a big deal for the staff, and they didnt make an issue. so no complaints!!!!

The Manager was very helpful and wanted our stay to be excellent.. He showed us two rooms one of which was satisfactory. The location as described to be very near the train station was incorrect as we had to take a taxi to find it and the walk to the station with bags would have been difficult as the streets are big cobblestones, making it hard to pull your bags. The breakfast was okay but the general appearance of the hotel was shabby and the one receptionist on the desk was surly and uninterested. The manager was more than helpful however which made up for the lack of interest the girl had. Room staff excellent and other staff good.

Location close to the main train station and metro. Staff was nice and even offered us a choice of rooms. Check in only after 1500, but it was in all written in the conditions, so can't really complain. A bit of a walk to/from the city centre, metro and railway stations are close, but metro only runs until 2100 or so.

Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro, non distante dalla stazione di Principe, tutto sommato alquanto tranquilla. Struttura semplice, pulita (abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani due volte). Bagno piccolino con porta a scorrimento.

Buena ducha, no mucho mas La vista mala, el desayuno mediocre, la zona medio medio y el parking es malisimo, al lado de mi auto habia uno con vidrios rotos, y del otro lado la calle llena de vidrios rotos (indice de choreo) de pedo no me afanaron nada

Mi sforzo a trovare un qualcosa di positivo ma, credetemi, non ci riesco! Ah, si!.. Le lenzuola erano fresche e pulite e la colazione accettabile! Sporcizia a non finire: Box doccia rotto Non c'era neanche un asciuga capelli La finestra era bloccata Due centimetri di polvere sui mobili Il pavimento del bagno era ricoperto di sporco incrostato e pieno di capelli Il pavimento ero pieno di rudo! Fortuna c'era una pizzeria a due passi! La pizza era ottima e l'accoglienza ancora di più!
