A wonderful rural location just a few miles from Florence. The woodland setting was a joy to behold after a hard day sightseeing. The staff were friendly and always on hand to give help and advice. A parking space is provided behing each chalet. We did not try the pool because of the time of year but it looked fanatastic.

Great for kids -- small pond with row boat, babbling brook, outdoor pool and lots of hiking trails. Staff was unfailingly cheery and helpful entire time. Room plenty big and clean for two adults and two small kids. 20 minutes drive from free parking in Florence at Piaccale Michelangelo.

Not much we didn't like. Facilities are pretty new but already showing some wear likely due to corner-cutting on some building materials. But everything was very clean so this was really a non-issue for us.

The Lebbiano Residence was very relaxing and enjoyable to be at. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. The room was very comfortable.

Nice place located nearby mountains, forest and villages. Quiet place in general. Very freindly atmosphere.

Better to name this location as nice motel instead of eco-residence. Temperature in the rooms was not warm enough (December-January). There is almost no sound insulation from the closest neibors. Questionable value for this price.

Quiet, especially after touring in Florence. with a car an easy trp to the tram line, which runs frequently, and gets you into the cit in about 15 minutes. Beautiful restful location, hiking trail on the property. the apartment has a full kitchen. the staff is friendly and helpful.

I like owners and high standard of the Residence. Marco & Camilla are v helpful and friendly. It is a great place to visit Tuscany (it will take you 1-1,5hr to get to Lucca or Cortona by car). In the evening you can relax by the pool or small lake where you can take a boat. Marco can organize wine tasting in the near vineyard which is was also quite cool. Room is v clean and comfortable. You can prepare breakfasts and suppers yourself. Camilla e Marco, grazie mille!!! Saluto

Without GPS you won't find way to Lebbiano Residence, breakfast could be included in the price

We were absolutely amazed and most satisfied with Lebbiano! We loved every minute of our stay, and hope to return some day.

What a great Eco friendly resort! The photos don't do it justice. Great bathrooms and the room is great. Perfect as a base for visiting Florence, and the Tram line (ViaConstanza) station into the town centre is only 4km away. Day trips to tuscan must sees such as Siena, San Gimigiano and Chianti are easy to get to. The facilities are fabulous and the management team super friendly. Highly recommended. We wished we had more time to spend at this super place.

Lovely isolated location with great swimming pool and outdoor areas, but still less than 10km from Firenze. Also very easy to travel through the Chianti region to Siena and San Gimignano. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful grounds in a lovely setting. Gorgeous pool. Wish we were staying longer and had children with us to share the experience. New well equipped bathroom . As a break from eating out during the rest of our 4 week holiday, and because it is a nice place to spend time, we did some food shopping on our way back from each day trip and used the fully equipped kitchen. Great parking, no stairs. Good wifi in room. Centrally located for daytrips by car to major attractions in all directions.

A wonderful 3 days at Lebbiano residence with all my family. We still think that is the best place for us to stay at Frenza and Toscana trip. Thanks to all staff who help us during our holiday.

Staying at Lebbiano feels more like staying at a friend's beautiful country house rather than staying at a hotel. Starting from the moment when Marco came to pick us from Florence station till the drop off back to the station, he continuously made us feel as if he is not the hotel owner but our friend meeting after a long time. Now about the resort, it is beyond my capacity to describe in words how beautiful the place is since I am not a poet or writer..!!. The photos on their website only gives a small glimpse of what really awaits there. My suggestion for anybody going to Italy for vacation would be that: Do not miss staying at Lebbiano and combing around the countrysides of tuscany in a car.

wunderschönes anwesen, herrlicher blick auf den wald, wer ruhe und entspannung sucht ist hier richtig,allerdings waren wir im juni dort, zur haupsaison ist hier sicher mehr los, da auch mit kindern ideal, bis florenz kann man bequem mit der straßenbahn fahren, auto ist aber trotzdem notwendig

*il paesaggio,è spettacolare!Il sito rende veramente lo splendore che poi ti ritrovi davanti agli occhi. *le ragazze alla reception e il signore,sono delle persone solari e gentilissime! *come siamo stati accolti sia noi che i nostri amici a 4 zampe. *la vicinanza a Firenze.

*il letto,l'ho trovato personalmente scomodo.

Хороший номер,ухоженная территория.Русскоговорящая горничная-Каролина.Тишина,утром птицы поют.Недалеко до Флоренции,Пизы и Барберино. Рекомендую любителям горных дорог и природы.

Были проблемы с поиском отеля.Навигатор номера 50 на этой улице не показывает?!Лучше набирать Via San Polo 41.Совет автомобилистам-без навигатора в этих горах пропадете!

meraviglioso l'ambiente circostante, il residence è tenuto benissimo..i proprietari sono simpatici e molto disponibili..torneremo sicuramente..la nostra bambina ce lo sta già chiedendo.. :-)

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo passato qui il weekend di Pasqua, insieme ai nostri 2 cani di taglia medio/grande che sono stati accolti tranquillamente e senza dover pagare nessun supplemento! Il posto è immerso nella natura, proprio di fronte al bellissimo prato del residence (dove I cani non potevano essere lasciati liberi, data la presenza di bambini nella struttura) c'è un bosco che si dirama in due sentieri, dove potrete far correre e sfogare liberamente I vostri amici a 4 zampe, o semplicemente godervi una bella scarpinata :) La camera era davvero molto pulita, così come le stoviglie, cosa non molto comune. Stupidamente, ho dimenticato la mia macchina fotografica all'esterno della camera e me ne sono accorta solo dopo essere partita, ma la simpatica Camilla è riuscita a ritrovarla e si è resa disponibilissima a farmela riavere tramite corriere. Consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa struttura, se volete rilassarvi è davvero il massimo!!!

La connessione wi-fi è disponibile gratuitamente ma purtroppo la linea cadeva davvero molto spesso. Comunque è davvero una piccolezza e questa struttura merita assolutamente!
