A relaçao qualidade preço bom,localidade perto da estaçao dos barcos,apenas 5 min de sao marcos de barco ,limpeza ,pequeno almoço bom,bacon,salsicha,omelete,pao e croiassants frescos etc....fruta so maça nao tem friambe so queijo e salame,geleias diversas iorgut etc.. Funcionarios nao sao nada simpaticos ,o do bar entao e mesmo mao encarado,e o recepcionista com barbicha e oculos, muito impaciente,cama com colchao mole descomfortavel,internet,3 euros 30 minutos, tambem cobra 2.80 euros por pessoa e noite,nao avisaram, no geral foi bom

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était très agréable, spacieuse avec une salle de bain très correcte. Le personnel de l'accueil est sympatique, l'hôtel très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Hôtel à recommander. Si je dois faire un autre séjour à Venise, je choisirais à nouveau cet hôtel.

Понравилось только месторасположение отеля. На заявленные 4* он совершенно не соответствует. Может быть он и был когда-то 4*(во времена дожей :). Нам дали самый плохой номер,очень маленький,под самой крышей и без окон.Окно было только в санузле. Завтраки очень однообразные, омлет ,наверно,я теперь не скоро захочу поесть. И очень плохо убирали. Горничная приходила каждый день в наше отсутствие,но что она убирала - это останется загадкой. Только застилала постель и складывала использованные полотенца. Белье поменяли за день до отъезда(?). Венеция все равно мне очень понравилась,хочу приехать еще раз,но в данном отеле останавливать НЕ БУДУ.

Die Lage des Hotels war für mich hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ausserordentlich freundlich. Das Zimmer wie gewünscht sehr ruhig. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in der Nebensaison. Komme sicher wieder. Kleine Plastikflasche a u F. Dem Tisch wurde beim Aufräumen weggeworfen. War ärgerlich

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir waren vor 7 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel und waren begeistert. Deshalb sollte es auch diesmal wieder das "Le Boulevard"sein. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht, da seit damals offensichtlich nichts mehr gemacht worden ist. Im Badezimmer blätterte die Farbe von den Wänden. Die chinesische Bedienung beim Frühstück war extrem unfreundlich und sehr genervt.

La posizione, molto comoda per visitare la città Le camere "economy", in un sottotetto senza finestre (!) sono indegne. Da domandarsi come possano avere un certificato di abitabilità. L'unica piccola finestra (nel bagnetto) non era lavata presumibilmente da settimane. Internet a pagamento (caro). Indegno anche di un due stelle, altro che di un quattro.
