Hotel Cosimo de' Medici    

Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο για να μπορείς να δεις την πόλη της Φλωρεντίας. To προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό όπως και τα δωμάτια.

Στο ξενοδοχείο μείναμε 4 ημέρες και περιλάμβανε την πρωτοχρονιά.Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο. Ήταν σχεδόν πρωινό ενός B&B. Θεωρώ ότι ήταν ακριβό σε σχεση με τις παροχές και τις υπηρεσίες. Οι χώροι δεν είναι ΄τόσο άνετοι όσο φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες

The location is super, it's 5 minutes walk from the train station, near to the bus station as well, and walking distance to everywhere. Supermarket is opposite to the hotel, and it's near to the local market too. With lots of restaurant nearby. The staff is very friendly, they gave quick response for my e-mails.

Hope can have more selection for the breakfast items.

Este hotel caiu muito de qualidade. Me hospedei nele ha 2 anos e estava muito melhor. O cafe da manha e o conforto nos quartos devem ser revisados.

Location is very close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. Breakfast is ok.

Everything was bad! The rooms smelled like a barn. No sun no air gets in the room whereas the ac was not working either. They served breakfast at our bedroom door exactly and they were too noisy and vulgar. Same lady on reception carries the bags.. Leaving the front desk unattended. The hotel was a total mess and lacked staff. There was no signboard. The hotel is located in a disgusting building under renovation with several other cheap hotels. Overall it was not clean and uncomfortable. We had to take breakfast somewhere else coz their's was way below level.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good compared to other 3 stars hotel And the hotel is very near to the central station which make it very easy to reach the hotel when you come by train

We stayed apartment type room with 2 floors. Nice furniture and wide space. Stairs in the room seemed interesting for my kids. The room was clean and very comfortable with a little bit old taste furniture. Every sightseeing spots were within 15 minutes walking, and therefore easy access to everywhere. As the station is quite near the hotel and it it helpful to visit torre di pisa by train.

Close to the SMN station, and walking distance to major sites. Reception were helpful with dinner suggestions and approachable for other queries. We had a modern room, which was clean and bathroom was spacious.

Noisy aircon in the room. No natural light. Breakfast was very simple.

Location location location. It is especially ideal if you plan to visit other places in Tuscany. The hotel is 3 min on foot from the train station and regional bus station and the buss from Lucca stops jus around the corner. The Dome is 10 min on foot. The big food store is across the street.The hotel is fully renovated and the rooms are spacious with high cieling. And despite the location of the hotel in a very busy area we had a very quiet room. We would definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit to Tuscany.

The location is excellent as its very near the SNM station and walking distance to other florence attractions. There are also lots of stores and restaurants outside the hotel so it's pretty convenient. We were able to arrived earlier than the checkin time but the receptionist was nice to offer a classic room instead of the modern room since its's already available. I actually like the classic room. I like the high ceiling and the size of the room is good. They have free wifi which is really great. The breakfast is ok. Staff are nice and helpful.

Air conditional noisy. But is ok for us due to is winter we can off the air conditional and they have separate heater.

Great front desk staff. Very nicely appointed rooms. Comfortable. Good position near railway station. Close to sights and restaurants. Very nice hotel.

Electronic controls in the room buzzed. Like and old digital alarm but not as loud. We had 2 rooms and both were the same. Could fix by turning off all power in the room. In November we did not need the A/C but in summer turning off the power would not be an option. Perhaps the A/C noise would drown out the buzzing.

I love this hotel very much. The staff have an excellent attitude. The location is very good, very near to snm central train station and bus terminal. So it's very easy to access transportation system. This hotel is very near to the main sights in this city. So i'm not only recommend this hotel, but I would definitely stay again in this hotel when I visit this lovely town. One more thing, the staff are very nice, they even keep our luggage there, while we visited another town for a couple days without charge. I really love this hotel. Grazzie...

It's a little bit to find, because it doesn't have a signboard. But there's a tips, look for the address, do not look for signboard, you will find it less than 5 minute from snm station. The hints are it's located in the block in front of McD. Other than that, perfecto...

The staff were friendly and helpful above and beyond what was required. The hotel was not too big to and so a more personal and amiable atmosphere was created.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The location is really good with close proximity to the train station. The Television service and breakfast were good, as well as the internet service. The staff provided keep-you-luggage service, free of charge, after you do your checkout.

The bathroom was really small with no ventilation, and the bed was extremely short. I am not really that tall (183 cm) and my feet were hanging out of the bed.

I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. The reception staff, without exception, were so friendly & helpful. They organised tours for us & recommended restaurants. The location is very central, near the train station and all major tourist attractions. Our room was amazing for a 3 star hotel - it was huge and very clean but we did speak to a single woman who said her room was very small.

A slight criticism was that the breakfast food could be improved. A receptionist asked us if there was anything that could be improved so we told her what we thought could be improved at breakfast. She was pleased to know & said she would tell her manager as they were anxious to improve anything that needed it.

Have wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel is very near the station and it is easy to find supermarket and restaurant around. The hotel staffs are very friendly. They introduced the sight spot location and recommend delicious and reasonably-priced restaurant to us. I like the room decoration and it is clean and roomy. We are sure we will choose Cosimo de' Medici again when have trip to Florence next time.

The hotel is literally a few minutes from the railways station The staff / two young signore/ were very carefully and helpfully Also close to a variety of food and shops
