The location of hotel is great, nearby the railway station and bus station. It is very convenient to other towns in Tuscany. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and new decorated, especially the bathroom. The shower halter is fixt on the wall and a little bit too high for lady. |

Great Location. Newly refurbished room. The size of the room was good. The receptionsit was very friendly. The tapestry that they have used in the room is very dark in colour. Florence being such a hot city I would recomment using light colours in the room. |

Very good location for Florence railway station, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. My bedroom was very near the breakfast room so I was woken up early both mornings. |

Staff was friendly. My family was given a apartment like room which was perfect for our big family. I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 pm for one night with reserved parking. The next morning when my family and I were ready to leave (around 10:00 am) we were told we had to take our car out of the reserved parking, yet I was charged for the parking area. |

Good location close to center (to the Domo). Nice room & comfort bed, good breakfast. Have inside parking Hard to get by car. Because of the works on the street took us an hour to find the way around. Could not sleep with open windows because of noise from the street. Very small bathroom. |

The hotel was in a good location. You cant beat the location. It was easy to get to the train station and the bus station. The hotel doesnt look like anything that is on the website. It is a very small and loud hotel. The night staff is not helpful at all. They monitor everyone coming and going and will charge you for any visitors that stay the night or ask you to leave in the middle of the night. Not a good hotel. There a tons of choices of hotels for this city. Do not pick this one. |
