Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel really welcome. We did change rooms for the second night but should have got what we booked large room and quiet for 3 large bath room and not small dark noisy; bathroom no room for 1 let alone 3 people The breakfast needs improving. The juice was not fresh and contained loads of sugar. I am diabetic and cannot drink this. (Also my son and husband did not like this) It should be the carton variety with no added sugar which would be more suitable. Also the cheese was very scarce - first day only 1 slice available second day - none. Coffee was terrible - very weak - not italian standard.only a few apples for fresh fruit that were still there the next day and did not look as though they had been moved from the day before. Coffee making facilties needed in the bedroom. Mini bar good - far prices. We were not put in the room we booked forv the first night. Very small and the bathroom was very very small. Noisey. Dark |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free internet to check your mails on their PC is great asset if not carrying your own laptop and in case you are, you have a free access in each room. The furniture is partly old style which makes the room cosy and homely. The hot water tap didn't work the last evening of my stay but was soon fixed again. |

The size of the bedroom & access to the train station right opposite.Very good bed & excellent bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have had in our 6 weeks in europe. All cheap & nasty. The orange juice was like sweet cordial. No toast. |

The staff were great, very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Not noisy at all even though it was on a busy street. Difficult to find, it was dark and the entrance is not easy to spot |

Loved the free wifi, comfortable bed and nice water pressure in the shower. Great location for walking to see the sights. Loved our room with the balcony over the street. |

We very much enjoyed the location, which enabled us to walk to all of the most interesting places. The room rates were reasonable, and well within our budget. |

a charming little hotel - surprisingly larger room than expected - no worries with shower and toilet. Easy walking distance from station and close to all major tourist sites. Free internet was a bonus. A little gem for the price. |

Very good location, near the railway station and in walking distance of major sites, many good restaurants nearby, clean and with very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Since they do not light the external neon sign, it is quite difficult to find the hotel – the entrance is not on the street. The single room was really small. In the bathroom the wastebasket was open, not a closed bin, not a very hygienic state of things. And they could have offered some interesting cheeses and hams in the breakfast buffet – after all this is Tuscany. |

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. We expected to stay in a room like the ones shown on the web site but they put us on a small apartment outside the main building of the hotel. The apartment is much worse than the rooms shown on the web site. |

The location is really good, it's 3 mins walk from the train staion and SITA bus (to Chianti). Most of the main attractions in Florence are close together within walking distance, so I think it's more important to stay close to train/bus station rather than just close to one attraction. We stayed at the 2nd floor and the room is big with very high ceiling. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The lift only goes to 1st floor, so if you stay at the 2nd floor, you need to walk from 1st to 2nd, but it's minor issue. |

The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
B&H Hotels Diplomat offers a prime location close to Santa Maria Novella Railway Station, within walking distance of Florence centre. |
Just 150 metres away from Santa Maria Novella Station and a short stroll from the Duomo, you’ll find Hotel City. Take advantage of the hotel’s free Wi-Fi connection. |
On a quiet city street, this renovated 20th century palace is home to the Hotel Albani Firenze, and is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. |
