기차역에서 매우 가깝고, 지도 없이 돌아다니다보면 선물을 살 수 있는 시장들과 두오모가 나온다. 조식 메뉴도 괜찮고 뷔페로 즐길 수 있으며 맛도 괜찮은 편이다. 1박을 했는데, 나중에 이탈리아에 다시 간다면 이곳에서 2박을 하면서 쇼핑도 하고 도시의 여유를 좀 더 즐기고 싶다. 인터넷도 1층에서 무료로 사용할 수 있으며, 호텔방 키에 무선인터넷 접속할 수 있는 ID와 PW가 있어서 노트북만 있다면 방에서도 사용이 가능했다. 처음엔 그걸 몰라서 1층에서 썼는데, 나중에는 편리하게 방에서도 사용가능해서 좋았다. 직원들도 친절하고 방도 깨끗하고 교통도 편리하고 밥도 맛있고 가격도 저렴하다. 이 호텔에 대한 불만은 아니고 이탈리아 전체적인 것이지만, 간판이 너무 작은것 같다. 하지만, 지도상에서 이 건물이다 라고 생각했다면, 그 건물 하나만 샅샅이 뒤지면 호텔을 찾을 수 있을 것이다. |

We were given a room in the back of the hotel that looked like an apartel. We would have preferred to stay in the main building of the hotel.But it was only for an overnite stay, so that was okay. The lodging was clean, complete kitchen amenities, comfortable. |

Very good location, walk distance from the city attractions. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. They have a public computer in the hall you can use for free. I definitely recommend. |

Fantastic, tastefully decorated, intimate hotel in a wonderful location near the train station at an incredibly low price. A little difficult to find because it has a modest sign and the reception is inside a courtyard, but because it's tucked away from main thoroughfares and car traffic, it's extremely quiet. |

Fantastic location close to all major tourist sites, lots of restaurants nearby. Large room compared to other hotels in Italy. Great place to stay with our 2 children. Staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. |

very friendly and helpful staff. proactive in sharing information about things to do in the city based on duration of stay. some of the staff at the reception speak several languages fluently. hotel is conveniently located - close to the railway station but on a rather crowded street. |

Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel really welcome. We did change rooms for the second night but should have got what we booked large room and quiet for 3 large bath room and not small dark noisy; bathroom no room for 1 let alone 3 people The breakfast needs improving. The juice was not fresh and contained loads of sugar. I am diabetic and cannot drink this. (Also my son and husband did not like this) It should be the carton variety with no added sugar which would be more suitable. Also the cheese was very scarce - first day only 1 slice available second day - none. Coffee was terrible - very weak - not italian standard.only a few apples for fresh fruit that were still there the next day and did not look as though they had been moved from the day before. Coffee making facilties needed in the bedroom. Mini bar good - far prices. We were not put in the room we booked forv the first night. Very small and the bathroom was very very small. Noisey. Dark |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free internet to check your mails on their PC is great asset if not carrying your own laptop and in case you are, you have a free access in each room. The furniture is partly old style which makes the room cosy and homely. The hot water tap didn't work the last evening of my stay but was soon fixed again. |

Yes, I like it very much. It is v comfortable and friendly. my room was just beside the breakfast room, and one of the receptionist did not appear friendly. |

The size of the bedroom & access to the train station right opposite.Very good bed & excellent bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have had in our 6 weeks in europe. All cheap & nasty.The orange juice was like sweet cordial.No toast. |
