понравился балкон в ванной. стоянка супермаленькая и только на ночь. парковка "на улице" - 3 евро в час. вcе достопримечательности - в шаговой доступности. 7 часов пешком по городу и вы все осмотрели :) договориться на близлежащей стоянке о скидках для посетителей отеля. |

Очень удобное расположение отеля, особенно для приезжающих на поезде. Замечательно любезный, приветливый, контактный и умеющий помочь персонал к сожалению, лифт работает только с 0 на первый этаж. на 2 этаж только по лестнице. и кофе на завтраке - ну очень не вкусный |

замечательное местоположение отеля, быстрота обслуживания, отличный персонал, говорящий на нескольких языках, чистота, уют в компьютере отеля для гостей нет двойной клавиатуры - итальянский/англ. Только итальянская. Если бы была возможность переключения, было бы просто замечательно! |

The location is great, near the shops, central station and 20 Min to the city centre. Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. |

We were given a room in the back of the hotel that looked like an apartel. We would have preferred to stay in the main building of the hotel.But it was only for an overnite stay, so that was okay. The lodging was clean, complete kitchen amenities, comfortable. |

Fantastic, tastefully decorated, intimate hotel in a wonderful location near the train station at an incredibly low price. A little difficult to find because it has a modest sign and the reception is inside a courtyard, but because it's tucked away from main thoroughfares and car traffic, it's extremely quiet. |

Fantastic location close to all major tourist sites, lots of restaurants nearby. Large room compared to other hotels in Italy. Great place to stay with our 2 children. Staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. |

very friendly and helpful staff. proactive in sharing information about things to do in the city based on duration of stay. some of the staff at the reception speak several languages fluently. hotel is conveniently located - close to the railway station but on a rather crowded street. |

Friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel really welcome. We did change rooms for the second night but should have got what we booked large room and quiet for 3 large bath room and not small dark noisy; bathroom no room for 1 let alone 3 people The breakfast needs improving. The juice was not fresh and contained loads of sugar. I am diabetic and cannot drink this. (Also my son and husband did not like this) It should be the carton variety with no added sugar which would be more suitable. Also the cheese was very scarce - first day only 1 slice available second day - none. Coffee was terrible - very weak - not italian standard.only a few apples for fresh fruit that were still there the next day and did not look as though they had been moved from the day before. Coffee making facilties needed in the bedroom. Mini bar good - far prices. We were not put in the room we booked forv the first night. Very small and the bathroom was very very small. Noisey. Dark |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free internet to check your mails on their PC is great asset if not carrying your own laptop and in case you are, you have a free access in each room. The furniture is partly old style which makes the room cosy and homely. The hot water tap didn't work the last evening of my stay but was soon fixed again. |

Yes, I like it very much. It is v comfortable and friendly. my room was just beside the breakfast room, and one of the receptionist did not appear friendly. |

The size of the bedroom & access to the train station right opposite.Very good bed & excellent bathroom. The breakfast was the worst we have had in our 6 weeks in europe. All cheap & nasty.The orange juice was like sweet cordial.No toast. |
