Location, location & location. All these three items are exellent. 10 minutes by feet to every sight worth to be seen in Florence.Though it is far inough from crazy tourist sight center. The hotel is located at the square named Annunciata - it meens in Russian "Благовещение" - the day of Christ history which Russians appriciated much. Good staff, satisfactory breakfast, comfortable and clean room. What could anyone wish more? Good "Firenze"-city trip hotel with exellent location. Andrew, Moscow, Russia

When I booked this hotel , free shutle buss but it is not such a service,. Hotel is very very old no aircondition!!! It was terrible.I Complained to front desk they said nothing they can do.I Talked to other peoples stay, they have same problem no air CONDITION.You can not sleep night. I booked the hotel two days but we left. Even I had to pay another extral money. I am tell you do not stay at this hotel old and no Air Condtion Bathroom is terrible!!! You should take the sign off from this hotel informaiton page that there is free shutle buss between hotel and station. There is nothing service They charge you

La posizione in cui si trova. Da li è molto facile raggiungere I vari monumenti da visitare Raggiungerlo con la macchina è un po difficile essendo il centro tutto zona ztl e non ha un suo parcheggio.

Die Größe des Zimmers. Im Zimmer beöckelte der Putz von den Wänden. Das Bad war sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht.

L' hotel si trova in un palazzo di pregio e si affaccia su una delle piazze più affascinanti di Firenze. Punto positivo la vicinanza al Duomo, siamo centrali Il resto deludente, dalla struttura fatiscente al personale poco "carismatico". Ciliegina?La colazione di bassa qualità come la sala e il servizio.

Läget var alldeles utmärkt det var centralt och nära till allt. Sköna sängar. Personalens kunskaper I språk var under all kritik när man skall lansera sig som ett internationelt hotel. Fråga man om något ryck på axlarna och förstod inget. Renligheten och toaletterna var deffinitivt inte bra. Vi kanske är bortskämda, toasitsar var borta, saknades toapapper, en trasig och smutsig toalet som var för resturangen. Frukosten var inget bra, gammalt och tort bröd, inga grönsaker. Nästa gång kanske jag väljer att äta frukost någon annanstans.

Een hele grote kamer, en een grote badkamer, welke net zo groot was als een hotelkamer die ik eens geboekt had in Duitsland. Locatie is fantastisch, midden in het centrum van Florence.
