Good location The hotel did not provide shuttle service though it is mentioned in the hotel description. When I came to the hotel the staff said me that my reservation is canceled by Booking.com and Imust received the letter about it! It was false! They should keep my reservation! I think they have overbooking and did not want to tell me this! Be careful when you choose this hotel!

Three of us stayed in the hotel as we had booked a triple room. In fact there were two separate bedrooms which provided privacy to all. Location was a lttile bit away from the Duomo. Breakfast was poor and not well organised.

Location, location & location. All these three items are exellent. 10 minutes by feet to every sight worth to be seen in Florence.Though it is far inough from crazy tourist sight center. The hotel is located at the square named Annunciata - it meens in Russian "Благовещение" - the day of Christ history which Russians appriciated much. Good staff, satisfactory breakfast, comfortable and clean room. What could anyone wish more? Good "Firenze"-city trip hotel with exellent location. Andrew, Moscow, Russia

When I booked this hotel , free shutle buss but it is not such a service,. Hotel is very very old no aircondition!!! It was terrible.I Complained to front desk they said nothing they can do.I Talked to other peoples stay, they have same problem no air CONDITION.You can not sleep night. I booked the hotel two days but we left. Even I had to pay another extral money. I am tell you do not stay at this hotel old and no Air Condtion Bathroom is terrible!!! You should take the sign off from this hotel informaiton page that there is free shutle buss between hotel and station. There is nothing service They charge you

éS un hotel muy céntrico. éS caro y está bastante mal cuidado, creo que necesitaría de algunas reformas ya que parece que no le han dado una mano de pintura desde hace años.

Lo único positivo ha sido la ubicación, dentro de las murallas Los baños estaban muy sucios, al igual que la habitación. Todo viejo, incómodo y ruidoso. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

A localização do hotel é excelente a 200 m da catedral. O serviço está de acordo com a classificação de 3 estrelas. O pequeno almoço apesar de ser bom estava um pouco desorganizado

Di sicuro è ottimamente posizionato per la visita (anche a piedi) dei principali luoghi di interesse turistico della città. L' 8 di aprile avevamo già le zanzare in stanza!!!

di positivo c'è la posizione dell'albergo e a due passi dal centro quindi ti puoi muovere tranquillamente a piedi. la struttura è molto vecchia andrebbe ristrutturata io ho preso la suite ma sembrava tutt'altro... mah.

“Excellent Hotel. I couldn't believe that for so little money i could find such a beautiful hotel for my stay in Florence. The hotel is just 2 km from the city center. The room, very cozy, so modern designed, very comfortable, clean, the furniture brand new and the free WiFi extremely fast.
