Close to Termini and food locations.
Beds are a metal bunks! just horrible!
very poor room, the noise from the next room, there was no pavement,
Location was very near to Termini with several shops and restaurants nearby. Price was attractive. Owner/manager was polite and courteous but with limited English. Security from outside (non-B&B occupants) people seemed good.
No signage, it's an apartment in a large building, go by the address number. The WIFI wouldn't connect so owner directed us to use anothers much weaker (unstable) signal. I had to reset the water heater to get hot water. Room door didn't seem secure when locked and potentially exposed you to possible insecurity from other B&B occupants.
We liked the location of the b&b but there an't any refrigerator or proper kitchen :)
Considering the location and the price, its good.
The wifi is not particularly fast, but one can manage if one doesnt surf the net so much as the Great city :)
I liked the location of the this place. It is 3 minutes from the main train station in Rome and 10 minutes walking distance from the main sights of Rome. I was really surprised that it was so close. The price was also quite low. The batroom was cleaned everyday and the towels were provided. The interior of the room is very simple, ok for backpackers.
There is no owner and the pair from the 5th floor provides all hints how everything works. Also the information on the website is not correct when it comes to check-in. It startrs like usual from 14.00 pm not like it is stated 10.00.
Good price/quality. Obviously is not the 5 stars hotel but it's largely acceptable. I used it only to sleep and it was ok. the manager there is very kind and ready to help you ad much as he can.
-very close to Roma termini station and the end stop of the airport shuttle -close to the metro -clean -new furniture -friendly staff and very helpful -free map
-a bit small, but hey...it's a hostel after all -no wifi, but it wasn't a tragedy. For longer stays, since I didn't see a lot of cafes with wifi in Rome, a wifi connection might help -had to pay in cash, but I think it was just a temporary issue
They dont speak english. No breakfast included but via email they said that is.
Loved that it was situated in a perfect location to tours and main train stop to and from airport
it's located near by the Roma Termini, which is very convenient for roaming around the city by Metro or buses. The staff is also nice and kind when he provided us a private toilet.
The wifi is very weak and bad signal, we almost could not access Internet for anything.
Pretty close to the termini centre, nice staff (one man), safe street where was everything (small market, internet cafe, info point, bars)
A little bit wet in the property, but not tragic. Try to check in in their "check in schedule time" (until 1 pm!) otherwise you could be charged an additional fee
Air conditioning but only found out last day - not offered. Quite good location and quiet mostly.
No toilet seat. Hard to keep shower curtain inside shower base - when floor flooded it ran under bed in next room. Called a bed and breakfast but did not include breakfast.
The room for the first two nights was very small though we got a bigger and better room for our third night. The location of the hotel was quite central, close to the main bus station and well connected to all other historical places. The most surprising thing was that in spite of having the name Bed & Breakfast (B&B), the hotel did not have any breakfast options of its own. It was just one single floor or rather an assortment of 4 rooms in a row, which looked like an erstwhile part of a single apartment which had now been divided and used as a hotel!! There were just two people for staff and they were very sweet, although the language barrier did exist and quite a high one at that!! All in all, it was a mixed experience.
The owner was lovely, so welcoming, friendly and willing to help with anything we needed! A good location and overall great stay. Would definately stay here again.
Nice owner, very good location
+ Very good location + The bathroom and the rooms clean, + the service friendly + good wi-fi I recommend this place.
The location is amazing. Very close to Roma Termini. I had booked it last minute so for that hour, the price was not bad.
It would've been nice to have access to at least a kettle for hot water even though breakfast was not included. I also hope they could get the shower drain sorted.
The location is good because it is close to the central station. The staff is very nice.
The beds are uncomfortable and are bowed. The springs are worn. The room we had a leaky radiator and the tiny bucket almost overflowed had we not noticed. It would have been good, if they had warned us to check it. Even though it is comparatively cheap for Rome, we still find the property overpriced for the value.
-It was about 5-10 minutes to the Rome Termini main Terminal for all trains, metro, and busses.
-Shared bathroom. Was clean, if you got there first.
The owner is a very very nice old man! The price is very low. You can see the Rome from inside (the view from window).
Owner doesn't speak english, but it is not a big problem, comunicate by gestures.
