Spokój i cisza w pokoju, standard pokoju, bardzo dobre obfite śniadanie, bliskość centrum handlowego i EATALY centrum z pyszna zdrową żywnością i restauracjami. Byłam z dziećmi i nie było żadnej infrastruktury dla dzieci oprócz fotelika do karmienia i łóżeczka, obsługa zapominała o niektórych prośbach, bardzo droga i niedobra restauracja hotelowa poza śniadaniem (raport ceny do jakości) okropna |

Let's put it this way: it was my third weekend in a row in Torino. The first one I stayed at the “Golden Palace”, which is 5 Stars, but despite a rather sexy look, offers then the services of a 3 Stars (e.g. laundry, money exchange, parking, size of the room, etc.). The second weekend I stayed at the “Art Hotel Boston”. It is 4 Stars, which makes you in principle more flexible. In this case, on top of the same poor services, I had big problems with the staff. They are not just rude... they simply ignore their job! At the “Meridien”, on the contrary, things went smooth. Nice parking, nice staff, nice and spacious room, clean, etc. I will definitely return. As to the price, obviously the best one (Meridien) was also the cheapest! |

I liked the whole atmosphere in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and put the customer need first which count on the hotel management. The Mall is Just 1 min. from the hotel. What I didn’t like is the location of the hotel although it was very near to the Olimpico stadium but it was more like the country side. |

Staff were helpful, could speak good English. Hotel was comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included in the price of the room and was very nice. Hotel is out of the city centre. It was chosen for proximity to the Stadio Olimipico, for a Bruce Springsteen concert. Although, it was still quite a walk from the stadium. Other than the Lingotto shopping complex, there was very little else in the immediate vicinity to attract tourists, and a taxi in to the city centre was approximately 15 euros, or an hours walk. |

Interesting hotel, the race course on top of the building is defiinitely worth taking a look at (get key at reception). The free shuttle buses into town were a nice touch. Large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was nice. On the outskirts of town, but worth it for being close to the Eataly food market. |

The size of the room was good. They put a second bed in the room for our daughter , with out any problems. Even placing additional towels and toiletries on her bed. The breakfast was good, fresh and offered a large variety.It was also raining and they gave us a free umbrella |

El trato del personal ha sido exquisito. El hecho de que el Centro Comercial está prácticamente dentro del Hotel te permite cenar, ver cine o tomar un helado yendo de compras en tu propia casa. El desayuno es fuera de serie. Y la cena también exquisita aunque se pague. Tiene algunas zonas ya un poco desgastadas y la calefacción por aire en las habitaciones es un poco insalubre. |
