large family room (two double beds) with balcony and sea view. first day we received present from hotel: fruit basket, bottle of prosecco and kids get their own gifts! nice spa. a bit cold water in the pool. absence of tea/coffee and ironing facilities in the room. |

I was upgraded from a family room to a suite on arrival and the man on reception was very helpful. The breakfast was also excellent. |

The stuff at the hotel does not know about anything about the town. The mold was all over the shower room. Make us sick! also they asked us to check out even the date was not our chek out date. They just said SORRY for their mistake! |

In the comments field I have mentioned tht non smoking room is the prefference. The hotel was booked quite in advance but unfortunately we had smoking room on arrival. |

The main positive was actually the hotel staff and location, placed in the main street along the Rimini seaside....., and hotel restaurant downstairs with delicious food there, good wines, and as well, friendly staff. The room I had #222 was the worst location in the, pressume, all hotel. There was hughe air-condition device installed almost on the room balcony, making lot of noise, so it was better to keep the window closed. Secondly the bathroom looked like from the 70's or older, the shower cabin with ugly plastic curtain and inefficient drainage, the water flowing out the cabin making a lake in whole bathroom (Dear Starwood Group what a shame!). I had also some troubles with key-card, the codes were changed few time during my short stay. Only sea-view rooms are probably worth to stay in, but probably the price is few times higher vs one I had, and that was already expensive. Hopefully, I stayed there only 2 nights. |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Personeel erg klantgericht. Prachtige grote kamer met uitzicht over zee. De kosten voor internetverbinding zijn hoog, €22. Dit kan absoluut minder. |

Belles chambres spacieuses avec balcon vue mer; petit déjeuner copieux avec grand choix type "english breakfast"; Bar avec terrasse ; Service à la plage avec chaise longues etc en supplément, comme généralement en Italie; un agréable bar/restau de plage; Un excellant restaurant dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel géré à part; Donc tous les atouts pour un séjour de plage décontracté à l'Italienne; sans oublier le beau centre-ville historique de Rimini. A noter que notre séjour s'est effectué en arrière saison ! Non si ce n'est que le confort a son prix! |

Отличный большой номер с балконом, выходящим на море. Вид такой, что обедали именно на балконе. Рядом продовольственный магазин, прокат вело и мото, до центра рукой подать. И персонал добродушный. |

Расположение, персонал, завтрак, чистота, сотношение цены и качества. В римини были многократно и этот визит самый лучший в том числе и благодаря гостинице. |

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand, Meerblick aus dem Zimmer. Unfreundliches Personal im Beach Club, für die Liegen am Strand musste man 16,- Euro pro Tag zahlen. Leider könnte man den Meerblick aus dem Aufzug nicht besonders geniessen, weil die Scheiben sehr schmutzig waren. |

Le personnel était très accueillant et très serviable. Le service de chambre très efficace. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et excellent. La piscine était ridiculement petite. Peu de transats. Plage payante (16 € par jour pour 2 transats et un parasol : un peu cher) |

Doskonała lokalizacja blisko morza. Na równoległej ulicy do promenady dużo restauracji z doskonałą kuchnią. Serwis hotelowy na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Polecam !!! |

La qualità del servizio, la professionalità del personale, l'architettura di Paolo Portoghesi, l'ubicazione, la spiaggia attrezzata ed elegante, la clientele business oltre che vacanziera che dà valore aggiunto. Piccoli particolari:I lavori di piccola manutenzione relativi al vano doccia (mancanza di portasapone, di una maniglia di sostegno), la mascherina che cadeva in continuazione, il televisore arcaico e il mobile scheggiato. Il solarium e la piscina sono piccoli per un hotel di tali dimensioni. |
