mansarda molto bella e spaziosa, ci hanno cambiato la prima camera rapidamente in quanto un pulsante della vasca era difettoso e abbiamo avuto la jacuzzi in camera come promesso,. Staff molto gentile e preparato e ottima posizione sul lago di Como nella quale l'edificio si affaccia. A due passi dal confine con la Svizzera in un contesto stupendo.

La colazione non ricca per un quattro stelle (ma forse è dovuto al fatto che a novembre l'hotel è in bassa stagione).

Secondo me non è da valutare come un 4 stelle bensì un 3 lusso, in quanto la struttura è un pò troppo datata la camera mansardata nel suo insieme è più che buona ma il bagno ad esempio la vasca idromassaggio è antidiluviana!

La natura è indubbiamente fantastica. In merito all'hotel, il personale è stato molto premuroso, anche lo stabile si presenta bene all'esterno e la posizione è ottima. I numerosi quadri che addobbano la hall danno un ottimo contorno all'interno.

Un hotel di prima categoria non può avere mobili in camera scadenti, come invece ho riscontrato nel mio alloggio, oltre alla carenza di insonorizzazione delle camere. Se qualcuno nel cuore nella notte spostava una sedia nel giardino il rumore si sentiva purtroppo molto bene anche in camera.

Prezzo buono considerando la posizione a ridosso del lago, tranquillità per rilassarsi, cortesia e disponibilità del personale dell'albergo.

Alcune rifiniture segnate dal tempo e dal normale utilizzo dovrebbero essere aggionate o sistemate. TV satellitare con pochi canali per stranieri.

Bed was uncomfortable - far too hard we both got backache from sleeping in the bed. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice.

There was a girl working at the front desk when we checked in on Friday, the 23rd of October who was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I wish I could remember her name but she had dark hair and spoke excellent English. She told me that she had learned it so well by living in California for awhile. Vivenia or something similar ~ she continued to be helpful all weekend. She worked late that Saturday night and really helped us with our train tickets.

With such a nice staff, I hate to say anything negative. But I have to tell you that I did not think the breakfast was good at all. Even the fruit was not acceptable. The apples were old and shriveled. The milk that I tried to put on my cereal was warm. There has to be an easy way to keep it cold. We did not eat dinner there, so maybe that food is better. But, honestly, breakfast was not acceptable.

The location of this hotel was its main selling point, sitting right next to Lake Como. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Location in a small town but close to other towns and good access to the ferries. Dinner was good quality and value with a set price menu offering sufficient choice to suit most guests staying more than one night.Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was huge.

Friendly obliging staff in a quiet location away from the otherwise very busy roads round lake como. Perfect for relaxing downtime with good transport links on the doorstep if you choose to go exploring.
