The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Parking was free. Breakfast was good. Excellent location. It should be known that there are additional costs for lake views, this information was not available at the time of the booking. Also that full board was available and what was the cost of this option. |

The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. We arrived on a Saturday and were driving from Italy to Germany. The Hotel was hosting a wedding yet we were not inconvenienced in any way by this large workload for the staff and we were treated very professionally and with great courtesy. The location was perfect quiet and relaxed away from motorway driving. We had an excellent view over the lake. Because of the wedding the restaurant was not fully available but the hotel offered alternative dining in another room and advice on local restaurants. |

Principally its location and quietness. Didn't quite in our view live up to expectations raised by some of the reviews. For a four star hotel the facilities are very limited. One dinner service with a fixed menu. Could have been fine but we were unable to get a table on the two occasions we tried (and there are not many other options in Lenno). The bar service was limited also but redeemed by an excellent barman, when he could be spared from other duties. Struggles to deserve a four star rating. |

The staff are helpful, but not too intrusive. The location is fantastic and it's great to have the pool as I'd certainly never swim in the lake! The rooms are a bit sparsely furnished which makes it feel a bit cold. |

The location is great. Right next to the lake. The restaurant was good, but only offers a set menu. There are only another couple of restaurants in the area and they got very busy. |

It was in a quiet spot, off the main road and yet opposite a lake ferry pick up jetty. The food was not very imaginative. When my wife complained that the potatoes were undercooked, there was no response. We changed from B&B to half board after arrival. This was a mistake, though not as bad of a couple with Thomson, who were staying for 2 weeks half board! |

staff very friendly and helpful and hotel clean. Only one thing I would ask them to look at and that is the paving stones round the swimming pool / towards the garage area - they are not very stable and could cause an accident. |

Beautiful site and hotel. Great breakfast and service. Awesome spacious room with good view. Don't forget to ask floor 2 and up however for the view. Good service. |

Location is fantastic, next to the boat jetty. Village is quiet but with an excellent restaurant. Very easy to go to the other villages. i would stay again. |

Chambres confortables et jolies, magnifique vue sur le lac, embarcadère au pied de l'hotel, promenade au bord du lac, très calme et très silencieux, très bon restaurant (Il Cris) à proximité à ne pas rater. Climatisation difficile à arrêter, il faut laisser la fenêtre ouverte quand on est absent (sinon elle se met en route automatiquement) et la couper quand on est dans la chambre. |
