При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 30,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary there, and the staff was wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a large balcony that overlooked Lake Como. As we danced under the stars, we were thankful that we had booked this hotel. |

good location, good breakfast menu, free wlan (unfortunately not in rooms) local youth at night directly in front of the hotel including their fireworks, if you come from a country with nice bread, the dry,hard little bread rolls are painful |

The location is superb...right on the lake and in a quiet area away from the main road. which can be a problem with other hotels.Parking is not a issue as the hotel has their own garage at a fair charge. The staff were friendly and helpful with a good and warm welcome. Breakfast was good. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. Both spotless, big, bright and comfortable. You must book a lake view room. The view could not be better and was wonderful to wake up to. This is a very well run hotel and you won't be disappointed ...from our experience. Bed and pillows were a bit hard ...but we found this in all our Italian hotels. Breakfast could be better. The selection and quality could be better. Better breads and a bigger choice of cereals, meats, croissants, etc. would be nice. |

Η εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείο είναι το μεγάλο ατού του. Στο καταπληκτικό χωριό Lenno, με ησυχία και ατμόσφαιρα, πολύ γραφικό και εντελώς προσαρμοσμένο στην ατμόσφαιρα της περιοχής. Επίσης το δωρεάν internet, εξαιρετικά χρήσιμο. Πολύ φιλικό και πρόθυμο το προσωπικό. Ίσως μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο πρωϊνό. |

There was a girl working at the front desk when we checked in on Friday, the 23rd of October who was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. I wish I could remember her name but she had dark hair and spoke excellent English. She told me that she had learned it so well by living in California for awhile. Vivenia or something similar ~ she continued to be helpful all weekend. She worked late that Saturday night and really helped us with our train tickets. With such a nice staff, I hate to say anything negative. But I have to tell you that I did not think the breakfast was good at all. Even the fruit was not acceptable. The apples were old and shriveled. The milk that I tried to put on my cereal was warm. There has to be an easy way to keep it cold. We did not eat dinner there, so maybe that food is better. But, honestly, breakfast was not acceptable. |

Lovely setting very friendly staff and excellent room with balcony upgrade The food was pretty bad to be honest. Breakfast quite meagre and dinner menu, with no alternative dishes except pasta, had nothing on it to be excited about. At £25 each this was far above its worth - eat out at restaurant in village instead. |

Location in a small town but close to other towns and good access to the ferries. Dinner was good quality and value with a set price menu offering sufficient choice to suit most guests staying more than one night.Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was huge. |

Friendly obliging staff in a quiet location away from the otherwise very busy roads round lake como. Perfect for relaxing downtime with good transport links on the doorstep if you choose to go exploring. |

The excellent location and ambiance. Lovely gardens and breakfast room and deck. The staff were very helpful and gracious. Did not care for the decor of the bedrooms. Quite plain and cold looking. Also the bed was not comfortable. |

A quiet location next to the lake. Ferries depart from opposite to various locations. The room was very spacious and very clean. Restaurant only between 1900 & 2100, but this seems to be the usual in this area. Not easy to find somewhere to eat if you arrive late in the evening. |
