A very nice hotel with the best possible location in the main piazza in San Gimignano. Big clean room and good service from very helpful and caring staff. Great breakfast! An excellent hotel.

right in the heart of San Gimignano! Beautiful room!! The bathroom a bit. small and the Tv did not work very well but those were not real problems at all. Fantastic breakfast on a terrace with nice cakes, croissants and bread.Also nice cold cuts and cheese. there is also the possibility to have espresso coffee or cappuccino in the morning! Staff very helpfull and friendly. They can provide a taxi for people like us who did not have a car and needed transportations to the nearby town to catch the train. They gave us also suggestions about nice places to eat, We will go back there for sure if in the future we will plan another trip to Tuscany!

Amazing setting on the busy square, but no noise in the room at all. Beautiful traditional room with all facilities. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. You have to park in the (secure) public carpark after dropping your bags, but it works well and actually adds to the experience.

Why doesn't this hotel provide soap & face washers, we have found this in other French & Italian hotels, is just the Aussies that do this?

Excellent view of Tuscan countryside and main piazza from windows. Flute player under window played beautiful music-like a dream. Huge room with very comfortable beds. Sitting room was a bonus. Loved bottled water availability in room at good price. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect.

san gimignano does not have A bar open after 8pm! not the fault of the hotel, of course but perhaps an opportunity for them.

there were no restaurants open in San Gimignano after 10 p.m.

You can not get a better location or view from this hotel. The staff are lovely, breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are big and filled with antiques. Our room's bathroom looked new and we would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a gem in the small jewel of a Tuscan town. Well-situated on the little square Le Cistern, in the heart of the pedestrianised village SanGimignano, it offers excellent value for money. Individually decored rooms with views of the square or in some instances, the countryside, have all the necessary expected from a good hotel. Staff is caring

How modern the conveniences were (iron, hair dyer , shower...). The location was wonderful too.

Everything in Leon Bianco is very nice. The lobby, the room, the atmosphere, the facilities are really nice, however I think one of the best thing in Leon Bianco is the breakfast at external area. In a sunny day, it is really wonderful. The staff are very polite and ready to help us every time we needed any information. I fully recommend the Leon Bianco, mainly booking the room with view to the Piazza de la Cisterna.

Close to centre of San Gimignano main square. Double windows meaning that outside noise not an issue.

Absolutely everything! The location was fabulous and our room was enormous - with both a gorgeous tower and countryside outlook from our own indoor/outdoor terrace and a view at the front straight over the piazza. Staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for our sojourn to San Gimignano.

Great location in the best town in Tuscany. Our room #23 had a view of the countryside from the bedroom as well as the bathroom. We prefer that view over the central plaza due to the privacy and noise. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend on arrival to drive around the back side of the town and enter the walled area to drop off suitcases. An exceptional value in a beautiful town.
